Javier came a little early and was very patient with me as I moved sensitive plants to a safer location. He did his work quickly and thoroughly. He was always very kind and polite speaking to me.

From the initial contact with Northern Nevada Pest Control, this has been a very positive experience. Paul responded to my request for information quickly and provided a thorough explanation of the services. Martin, our technician was great at communicating his availability and providing a reminder the day before. Martin was punctual and friendly, showing consideration for the staff who were working at the time of service. We look forward to seeing him again.

Javier was great! He let us know when he would be at our place to provide service, arrived a few minutes early. He was very friendly, asked if we had any concerns, and got to work. He let us know when he was finished and that he was able to rid our house of a couple of problem areas. Very satisfied with Javier and Northern Nevada Pest Control! Great work!
