Jacob was clear and professional and I was happy to work with him. One star off for timeliness: I was told someone from NNPC would arrive between 8a and 1p and didn't get a text until almost 1:30p that my technician wouldn't arrive until 1:45p. Made it difficult ti be sure someone woild be available to manage the dogs and let them in on time.
