Excellent upholstery cleaning job! Furniture looks brand new. And area rug looks brighter ! Leo does a great job and is very thorough. This is the 2nd time Ive had Leo here to clean furniture and area rug and I’ll continue to use him. Fees are reasonable and I’m very pleased with the results. Highly recommend Reno KwikDry and Leo.

Truly an incredible job. I just got a puppy who I had thought had thrashed my carpets beyond repair with stains. Leo not only made them look presentable, but they now look brand new again.

Side note: Leo was a great guy. Was able to carry a conversation and cared about the quality of work.

Leo is the man! I bought a used high-end chair that was in pretty bad shape from rain/flood. He went the extra mile to clean it and make it look brand new. It’s incredible! Super nice guy who obviously takes a lot of pride in his work. So glad I chose him for the job and will definitely be calling him back next time!

I was very pleased to be referred over to Leo and Melissa from Kwik Dry to clean my upstairs carpets. As a mom to a toddler and a newborn I was very particular on hiring a company that uses an all-natural cleaning solution. They showed up on time, quoted me the price prior to the service, did a very thorough job, and was done in a couple hours. My carpets look brand new, smell clean, and already dry and its only been an hour. I can't thank you guys enough for your wonderful customer service. Definitely will use them again!

Amazing job! Leo was so nice and explained everything and answered all my questions. I had so many lol but he was very patient and answered them. The carpets came out great! Had Sterling Carpet out to clean my carpets Chris did a great job . Even helped me get into a locked bedroom that the wind blew closed. He went above and beyond and did a great job . Highly recommend

I can’t Enough about Sterling carpet care. This is the second time I’ve used them and I was very impressed the first time I used them. This time, was even better. The technician, Greg, was right on time, very friendly, and took his time and was very thorough. It’s nice to see this company grow and set a higher standard than a lot of companies I’ve used in the past.

I’ve used Sterling three times in the past 2 years and most recently this week. Joe was excellent. A seasoned professional with 10 plus years of experience - he did deep cleaning with pet stains and odor removal and now you could eat off my carpet. Not really but call Sterling and request Joe and you won’t be disappointed. You may even get a history lesson from this Reno native.

Just had our carpets done and they look and smell amazing!!! Joe did an awesome job taking care of the things that were of issuse. He was very attentive and detailed in his work. We had a previous company come out to do our carpets and unfortunately they did a poor job, but joe from sterling corrected it and did an awesome job.
