I had an absolutely amazing experience today with Eric. I recently bought a house with a few carpeted rooms that had clearly seen better days, and Eric was incredible from start to finish. He was right on time, genuinely friendly, and a pleasure to work with. He took the time to give me his honest, professional opinion about what needed to be done, but never once pressured me to spend more money or add unnecessary services. It was so refreshing to feel truly heard and respected, especially with a service like this where upselling can be common. His transparency and integrity really stood out. I couldn’t be happier with the experience and would highly recommend Eric and Sterling Carpet Care to anyone.

I had the most positive experience you could ask for with a carpet cleaning company. I’ll start by saying that I had initially had an appointment with a different company. I was extremely disappointed in the tech that was sent out for a handful of reasons, so I actually refused service. Instead I got on Google and ended up calling Sterling to the rescue. I spoke with Joe and let him know what had just happened with the other company. Joe was happy to come out the same day since I already had my living room and bedroom cleared of most furniture.

After my experience with the other company earlier, Joe was everything that the other company’s tech was not! Joe was very personable, knowledgeable, considerate and competent. You could tell that he put full effort into doing a great job and making the customer happy. He genuinely seemed happy to be doing his job and working for this company. He was not pushy at all. The pricing was very fair and was half of what the other company tried to overcharge me for. As for my carpets and upholstery, they look great! My carpet looks brand new. On a side note, my sister, who owns a carpet and tile cleaning business in CA happened to be staying with us and was able to witness the service provided. She said she’d be lucky to have a “Joe” working for her! I will be using this company again in the future.

Leaf Filters products have been doing what they advertise, the individual was very knowledgable.

Extremely overpriced. Quoted me over $10k for gutter installation for a tiny little 1200 sq. ft. house.

Bottom line call someone local who actually cares. Sales rep did his job and sold us gutters and now we have had them come out 3 separate times to fix there mistakes.

The whole process was fast, efficient, and purposeful. I already knew I wanted the rain gutter screens and the quality of the materials was evident during the home visit. I would pass on this contact for sure.

Installed LeafFilter Gutter system and made minor adjustments to leaking downspout and installed splash guard where water was overflowing. Personnel are all very professional and had excellent knowledge.

Not a fan of pressure sales tactics. I was considering the offer when the salesmen reduced the price from $7,000 to $2,000, but I do not appreciate someone trying to push me into that decision on the spot. The salesmen used phrases exactly as, “you’re the first person I know to want to spend more money,” “I can take a ‘no’ but a ‘maybe’ hurts me…” and other phrases that make me feel “pressured” into the buying the products day of. I would have considered if they didn’t take my “maybes” so personal.
I recommend lessening up the pressure sales tactics as it is a turn off for some people. I get you guys have quotas to meet and “exclusive offers”, but it does not help when I’m feeling forced into a decision without time to think…

I arranged for an install and never heard back from LeafFilter. I met with a rep at my home, agreed on a price and an install date. My install was cancelled at the last minute and no one has returned my calls since. Zero stars...

Leaf filter came out and put leaf filters on my existing gutters. The job was done in no time. Very professional and knowledgeable service members.
Jessie was especially personable and left a remarkably clean work area.

TERRIBLE sales rep by the name of Matt. We were quoted $3,800 and he said he would give us a discount at $2,600 if we decided to make a deal in that moment. We declined and he said the deal would then be done at $2,500. We left it tentative contingent upon another estimate the following day from another company.
When I called Matt the subsequent day, he said, “Great, have companies fight over price on a cost job.” and proceeded to hang up on me.
