Alex at Oriental Rug Wash is a master of oriental rugs. He washed and reinstalled 8 inherited rugs for me including installing the appropriate padding for my rugs. Each rug was pristine when he finished with it. I couldn’t believe the colors that had been hiding behind the age accumulation of dust/dirt.

Many people only leave feedback when they are unhappy, but I had to leave 5 star feedback because everything is PERFECT!

I just picked up my 2 , 100 year old rugs yesterday. Alex and Rachael did a fabulous job. Rachael sewed tiny stitches along the fringe to keep the rugs from unraveling. And they are so clean. It makes me laugh. They were twice the weight when I brought them in from all the dirt. They look beautiful. I would highly recommend bringing your carpets here. Alex told me so much I did not know about them. Very hard working, careful and honest folks. Thank you!

Alex is extremely professional and very knowledgeable about rugs. Our family is moving cross country and he made it easy to add cleaning our Turkish patched rugs to the million of other things need to get done before a cross country move. He was quick to respond to my calls and made every effort to get our rugs cleaned and ready to pack in a timely manner. I would definitely refer Alex to anyone needing their rugs cleaned!

I have a number of oriental area rugs in my home, and I've have been having Reno Oriental Rug Wash working through all of them, cleaning and making any needed repairs. Alex has done a wonderful job - the quality of the work he does is excellent, and it is a pleasure to work with him. The company is under new ownership since I last used them. Two out of three of my good rugs were damaged. A Turkish silk rug is now stretch out of shape and they won't even try to fix it, while a Persian rug runs pink and the nap is standing up. The owners won't even call me and they stand behind the release you must sign that basically says they can wreck your rug and it's not their fault. Their "expert" son, who is very nice, said the Persian rug was made with chemical dyes, when I have paperwork showing vegetable. The son did work hard to correct the Persian and I appreciate that, but it is damaged. I would recommend you try a different company. I am sorry to say these things and would rather be writing a glowing report.

This is the most unprofessional company I have used in a long time. I have an original Persian rug I needed mended on 2 sides only. The other two sides have the hand stitching. I was very nervous about someone working on this rug so I went over everything that needed to be done with the office. And then confirmed again via text. They were supposed to fix the 2 sides and clean the rug. The rug was picked up 8/1/25 and I was told the rug would be dropped off Friday 8/8/25. No one called Friday so I called the following Monday for an update and no one answered. I called again Wednesday and no one answered. I called from a different number and the manager answered and said he didn’t even know which rug was mine. I told them I just want the repair and I would get it cleaned somewhere else. They dropped the rug off Friday 2 weeks later. They put a cheap discolored fabric around all four sides rather than the 2 we discussed. The stitch is wobbly and has holes/gapes throughout and the fabric they used is frayed. When I called them to ask what was going on the woman on the phone said “well I’ve been out of town”. Not sure how that fixes anything. I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere if you have expensive rugs. See photos.

I've used Affinity Cleans for several years and am extremely pleased with their service and professionalism. I have a long-haired indoor cat who regularly leaves me hairball "presents" along with regurgitated food on my carpet. I have difficulty bending over and can't do a really thorough job of cleaning up the mess. Affinity Cleans does the job every time.

Terrific experience with these guys. I had them clean the natural slate tile in the high traffic lobby area of my office. Cleaned our church building carpets. Amazing how quickly they dried. Tough spots were touched up afterwards and now they look clean and healthy again. Courteous worker and owner followup. Highly recommend their system.

Ryan came to clean our carpets and from calling to make the appointment to his completion of service everything was spot on, from call back to communication to booking confirmation reminder and showing up 15 minutes early everything was great. Professional job done on sealing master shower & 3 guest showers. Quality workmanship at a fair price. The grout was allowed to dry plus cure. That provides the best results. I also liked the reminder texts regarding my appointment. Additionally I had Great results on cleaning my thick white area rug. We highly recommended Affinity Clean!

Best carpet cleaning service I ever experienced! The process they use does not damage your carpet. It is gentle and removed all the pet odors and stains. Ryan could not have been nicer! He came out the day before Christmas eve and was on time and extremely professional and pleasant! I refer my clients to Affinity without hesitation.
