House Cleaning reviews in Sparks, Nevada

This is the second experience we have had with LeafFilter coming to give us quotes. We are happy with both experiences and Logan is kind, professional, very clear on his presentation and sold us on their great product.

Sales rep wasn't pushy at all. Recommended not getting the filters on top of new gutters. House didn't have gutters so I was fully prepared to get both. New gutters match trim beautifully. Hard to tell from the road that they're there. Great install experience. No problems as of yet. Will revisit the need for filters next year. See how dirty they get (or not) and go from there. Had the filters on my last house and knew I was going to go with Leaf Filter on this house.

Kevin McGowan was a very thorough and no pressured salesman. At this time we are still in budget phase of getting gutter quotes. Kevin is a great representative for leaf guard in Reno/Sparks area.

I am very pleased with the product and the professional installation. I was tired of cleaning almost 200 feet of rain gutters that filled late each fall with leaves and roof grit. It was a 2 day job.

Did a great job of explaining why we needed leaf filter. Took a picture of our gutters and showed how full of scat they were and how my gutters are not working without a filter on top. He was very flexible in helping us workout the financing.

Highly recommend. Scheduled an appointment online and I was able to get a next day consultation. The gentleman came to my home, measured out the gutters and quoted me a price in less than 20 minutes. We did the paperwork in the next ten minutes. I was scheduled for Tuesday the next week, but I received a call the next day that they could make it to my home that afternoon so I took it. They were in and out in less than an hour. They showed me what types of issues I ran into with our residents and made some recommendations. Very casual and not pushy at all. Too easy. Highly recommended.

The Leaf Filter team was so good to work from the start. Logan came to or home and was very nice, respectful and knowledgeable of the product and showed us a product sample which was very helpful in seeing how good the leaf protection system is! Joey and Luke took really good care of assisting us with the product order and installation date. Our home was not yet completed in time and Joey had to make installation date changes and he was so nice with not making it feel like we were a problem! The installation team Noah and Chance were very good and skilled at their job and were very friendly and respectful while at our home which means a lot!
Everyone was a pleasure to work with, we love the new gutter system and that we don't have to get on dangerous ladders anymore! Highly recommend the product and team

BEWARE! If I could give zero stars, I would.
This business completely destroyed my Oriental rug. I dropped off a high-quality rug with a WHITE background and received back a brown, stained mess that suffered permanent color bleed.

The lack of integrity here is staggering. Not only did they ruin the rug, but they also tried to keep my $1,000+ payment while being overtly rude and evasive. I filed a dispute with my bank to get my money back for a "service" that essentially trashed my property. Their communication is non-existent, and their attitude is hostile. They are incompetent at rug cleaning and even worse at business ethics. AVOID THIS ESTABLISHMENT AT ALL COSTS!

Too expensive for a single rug wash.

We had two rugs repaired, one rug paint removed, all cleaned plus another large rug cleaned -- all xlnt!!!!

His kind heart has made sure that our Childrens' Music class rug was perfectly taken care of after being soaked by a flood! We couldn't feel more blessed! He is a blessing!

Just called to talk with Alex about a Rug that I have that needs to be cleaned. He was very open and honest and said that given the price of the rug that I paid for it, it may not be worth the cleaning. He can totally get it cleaned and is happy to do it, if that is what my wife wants. He didn't pressure sell and it was what was best for me and my wife. Given the honesty and general good feeling that I got from Alex, he will always be the place I take my rugs to get cleaned.

I asked Oriental Rug Wash to repair an oriental rug that had begun to unravel at one end. They did a fantastic repair job and my rug looks beautiful. They also washed the rug and it looks great. In addition, they delivered the rug to me at Lake Tahoe. I would recommend them to anyone who wants work done on an oriental rug. I will use them again in a heartbeat.
