Lincoln Heating & Air’s service technician, Reed, was the most awesome service tech I’ve ever experienced in any line of work! He truly made my day. He provided everything that all of us want in a tech: he called on his way, was on time, super cheerful & upbeat, worked quickly, explained everything thoroughly in a way that was helpful & made sense, answered all my questions, maintained eye contact & shook my hand and left me feeling very confident in his diagnosis & in his company. Outstanding experience from start to finish. With every penny, wish I’d called this company sooner. The receptionist Isabelle was wonderful too. A great experience with the company from start to finish. I highly recommend them for their integrity, great attitudes, & helpfulness!

Phillip performed an annually recommended maintenance check on my furnace. He was very friendly and efficient. He didn’t mention any problems or provide other details, so presently I am assuming the furnace is in good condition. He has serviced my furnace before and I would be glad to have him again.

Keenan and Trav was able to inspect and repair the hydronic heater in my home. The system isn't common here so I appreciate their expertise on teaching me how to maintain the system for many years to come. Thank you, both!

Keenan and Travis were very professional and did exactly what they were asked to do on my furnace. They were on time, very respectful of my property, very polite and respectful of us and even our noisy dogs! I would definitely have them back to do more work or maintenance on our HVAC system. These guys are great.

Trav reached out before the appointment and was flexible with our schedule. He was very personable and respectful while at our home. He explained everything he saw with our furnaces and showed pictures. Great service!

I had five different contractors submit quotes to replace our HVAC system. Lincoln seemed to be the best value for my bucks. Good warranty, on good equipment and labor. David Q. Gave us a good presentation that made sense. Installation went pretty smoothly thanks to Allen and Rodrigo. They were respectful and courteous and did a great job.
It’s now been a couple weeks since installation and everything is working as it should still. The equipment is quiet and looks great.

Coming up on two years since replacement and still working great.

We really appreciated the quick response we got from Lincoln Heating and Air. Trav was great. He is very knowledgeable and worked hard to explore all options to save us money. Would definitely recommend.

Travler with Lincoln was incredible in helping us with a furnace maintenance that turned into diagnosis and replacement in a new house. He spent significant time at our new place working to thoroughly diagnose the issue, and he even waited for me to get back from work to go into the attic to explain the issues to me. He also helped expedite our new unit install due to us having a newborn in the house. Cannot say enough good things!

We had our annual furnace maintenance done: it was thorough, techs were great, polite and knowledgeable, checked on filters, too, to make sure they did not need to be changed. Also the office was great scheduling an appointment that took into consideration our timing issues. Reed was a great to work with, explained everything they were doing in details.

Lincoln Heating and Air did a fantastic job for me. They were able to make an appointment for me very quickly, showed up on time, and did great work. Cory, the tech that came out, was very knowledgeable, and explained everything to me clearly. I’ll be asking for Cory every time in the future! Lincoln will be my go to company for all of my HVAC needs in the future

Great local service with competitive prices. We got our heating and AC installed with Lincoln. Extremely responsive with great customer service.

Lincoln air has been professional from the start. From Tony their Estimator, All of their help in the office has been excellent. Max and Rodrigo. We’re very polite as they installed it throughout the day and I am very pleased with the final project. It is clean and outstanding and I couldn’t have asked for more. I am very pleased that I went with Lincoln Heating & Air. You can see, they did a first class job!

Same day service during a huge snow storm. Deondre had the parts in his van and had us up and running in a couple hours. Gave a very reasonable price and was super polite and helpful.

We suspected we had a bad thermostat and called Lincoln. The woman told us the charge would be $89 for the visit plus the cost of the replacement. The technician was knowledgeable and pleasant and quickly confirmed the problem. He replaced the thermostat and all was fine until he told me the final charge: $698.
That's enough to buy a new range for the kitchen! They charged $609 for the thermostat! I googled the replacement thermostat and it runs ~$50 on Amazon. With that kind of markup and deceptive practice I will not have Lincoln Heating and Air do any work in the future on my house.

I always have a good experience working with Lincoln Heating & Air. Team is attentive when it comes to scheduling. Have had Andrew service our furnace twice now, and he's friendly and super knowledgeable when it comes to my dinosaur of a furnace. Used Lincoln to convert from oil to gas a few years back and they made the painful experience as comfortable as possible. Bottom line, I trust them with my furnace & boiler!

This company is misleading in their services. I was quoted $89 for a diagnostic check for a boiler service. Rebecca who scheduled the service was very nice although misleading.
I was set up for an 8am service call, I called at 8:30 to find that it is a serice window of 8-12 and the diagnostic fee had changed to a minimum of $299 plus a trip charge of another $199 to get to my location.
She put me on hold to talk to a supervisor to check if they could make an exception for the misleading service quotes and time, she came back with a "no"
I own a plumbing company in another state, and I'm very familiar with business services, but unfamiliar with gas boiler systems as we that is not our expertise.
I cancelled the appointmant and will not use this company not only for the outragous pricing, but for the half of day of wasted time.

The tech, Dominic, was on time, very pleasant & neat. He accomplished the winter maintenance on my furnace in a timely & thorough manner.
Also, the office staff is extremely pleasant & helpful.
I recommend Lincoln Heating & Air every chance I get.
And, if I give them a copper Lincoln penny, they give me $10 off my bill ... what fun!

Contacted Lincoln to diagnose an intermittently functioning thermostat that was blowing cold air during heating. Technician came by and stated that nothing was wrong. In the report, he stated that we just didn’t know how to use the thermostat. After he left, we continued to have intermittent issues. Long story short, we ultimately ended up calling another HVAC company who took the time to correctly diagnose the issue and fix it. Very honest, but perhaps the technician was not very skilled in troubleshooting? We requested a refund since we had to hire someone else but they stated that they stand by their technician that nothing was wrong. Overall very disappointing service and we spent a weekend in the cold.

Scheduled an appointment with their AI but they still called to confirm the details. The technician called me the morning of the appointment because of a cancellation and was able to come to my house three hours early! Lincoln sent me a text with a photo of the tech and a short bio so I knew who was coming to our house. Technician (Cory) was timely and polite and had our heater back to working in an hour. Very satisfied with the service and will be using Lincoln from now on!
