Andrew, the technician is easy to talk to and knows his stuff, especially about electrical! His recommendation to reroute my boiler intake was on the spot, and he even pointed to alternative competitors if I need to get more in depth help with my boiler.

Our furnace stopped working, not good! Cold wife, bad life...called another company who had recently installed A/C unit thinking they would take care of us, after spending $$$$.$$ with them..wrong answer! This was a Friday, they were rude, didn't care about us being a previous customer, couldn't come out till the next Monday!! Contacted Lincoln, said would have a guy over right away, Corey showed up let me say not a nicer man! Diagnosed the furnace, blower motor out, because of the cost we had to talk it over, he said he could do it on Monday. We decided ok, it was a cold.. weekend.. But to summarize he arrived on Monday morning (His day off) and yea..... we have heat.
Thank you Lincoln!!
Your the best
Thank you Corey!

We are very pleased for choosing Lincoln Heating & Air to replace our ac unit and furnace, the service is outstanding! Excellent communication and great experience with Todd C the estimator. The technician Uriel G and was very polite, clean, knowledgeable and professional, both technicians were amazing (I apologize, I don’t remember the name of the other technician). The office has been amazing. Christie is a great communicator. It is very difficult to find a company that provides excellent service from the office to the technicians, every single interaction was outstanding!

Our furnace went out during the recent snowfall. Called Lincoln to troubleshoot the issue. We were very satisfied with their service. Deondre, the tech, was very efficient in finding the problem. He was friendly and patiently answerdd my questions and explained the problem and how he planned to fix it. I also appreciate him taking photos as part of his report. Lincoln's front office was friendly and communicated well. I would definitely use
them again. -
Houston serviced our oil furnace and did an excellent job. His young appearance may deceive you, but he is a professional, knowledgeable, and thorough. He is one of the best technicians I have worked with in servicing my old house's oil furnace. I highly recommend him!

We loved the technicians expertise and knowledge. His quality of work was absolutely fantastic. We would give a five star review if the price was more representative of the part supplied and installed. The $350 for furnace service was very reasonable but the $850 for installation of a igniter that cost less than $80 was extremely expensive. Great service but nearly $1200 for a $80 part and less than 3 hours of actual work is a little disappointing.

Travler was our HVAC Tech. Great communication over text and calls. Being able to come and repair our furnace on a Saturday evening was a relief! He diagnosed, identified and resolved the issue quickly. All the while being friendly and professional. Making the appointment via an AI phone attendant left me a little skeptical but it worked out pretty well.

Update: The folks at Lincoln came through and rectified the situation, they replaced the defective unit very quickly and have communicated well through the whole process, We’ve been very happy with their services in the past and we were a little bummed out with this situation but it is obvious that they are invested in making sure customers are happy with their work. Jeremy has been great! He has been very responsive and helpful. Thank you for the amazing customer experience!
Had a mini-split installed and it has not functioned properly since then, the install guys have been here 3 times to “fix” it. They keep ignoring the fault code that says that the lines are over pressurized, one of the guys even said that he added more refrigerant to the line. Either the unit is defective and they should be replacing it or the install crew is not qualified to be doing the job. Now I’m having trouble getting them to respond to me. The mini-split is for my home business office renovation and is necessary for the drywall plaster and paint to dry, in this weather it’s taking the plaster a very long time to dry due to the heat not working in there. My business and therefore income are on hold until this project is finished, every day that this unit isn’t working is a day of lost revenue. Update: They’ve offered a solution of replacing the unit completely so I’m happy with that but no firm timeframe (all was taken care of within one day!) Thank you!!!
