Service people were on time and very good

Mike was professional, communicated well and make sure the job was done right. Very happy with their service. Kent, the owner, did the initial inspection and was honest and knowledgeable.

They helped my Grandma with her furnace. They were able to let her use portable heaters to keep the house warm and then was able to get out the same week to install the new furnace. They took great care of her and I would highly recommend them going forward.

These guys are great! I had a heater failure up in Truckee. There were big ongoing snow storms. Their tec Matt drove all the way up in the snow to fix my heater. He found the problem and fixed it on the spot. I was unable to be at the cabin when he came so we discussed the problem over the phone and called me back when he had it all fixed up. Now we can use our cabin again. This was a very positive experience!

I called M&S on a Monday and they had me scheduled on Wednesday that week for a basic furnace inspection and service. Ray was my tech and he was on time, very professional and very educational. I stayed with him during his time to learn what he was doing so I can make sure to keep up on maintenance. He took the time to explain the operations of the furnace, locations of key sensors and appropriate cleaning procedures. I felt he went over and above and I am grateful for his help. I would definitely use them again and recommend to anyone looking for HVAC service.

M&S was able to fit me in same day I called after another job went quicker than anticipated- really helped me out. Ray was completely professional and luckily for me it was a quick fix! Reasonable price for diagnostic/fix same day! Would use M&S again!

Had a central heat that would not turn off. They were able to get someone out within a few days. Tech was very professional and informative and kept me updated about what he was doing and options to fix it if it didn't work. Will be using again in the future.

M&S is great! Our furnace went out and they were able to come out the same day we called them. Ended up having to get a new HVAC system. They always showed up when they said and always polite, friendly and courteous
