Was quoted one price on phone ,as they said they were having a special. Took the tech maybe 30 seconds to unclog. The tech was very nice,but will not use a company that quotes one price & charges 70.00 MORE than the 5 other quotes I received. Especially being a senior on hospice

Brandon and Billy came out to check our thermostat for our new heat pump. They were able to explain the thermostat's programing. Then went on to tackle a problem with our humidification system. They were attentive, polite and efficient. Thank you Brandon and Billy.

I am highly satisfied with the service provided. Despite having a scheduled appointment for next week due to issues with my furnace, I was able to resolve my problem on the same day thanks to the exceptional customer service. I am extremely grateful for their assistance.

The crew that came out was nice however not very knowledgeable. They determined that the gas control valve needed to be replaced on the water heater and quoted me over $1200 for the job. The part is only $265. I asked him why it was so expensive and he said because they charge by the job and it’s about $400 an hour. It should take about a half hour to swap the control valve out. He also tried to sell me a package to cover all of our appliances because he said he works on commission. No mention that the part was under warranty I told them no I would not accept their bid and they left. I called the manufacturer and the part is under warranty. Today I called another plumber. He came out and within 15 minutes, diagnose the problem, proved it to me and knew that the part was under warranty and that I would only have to pay labor for the installation of the new valve.

Our AC went out over the weekend and they were able to come out first thing Monday to look at it. They gave us a couple options to fix it but ultimately it was at the end of its life. So we went ahead and decided to replace the entire unit and they came right back out the next day to start the job. Overall great experience, great communication, attention to detail, the techs were nice and respectful of my home and ensured they cleaned up after themselves when the job was done. 10/10 recommend

This is the second time we had a technician out in the past 2 months. Although we appreciate their quick service they have no real answers to our reoccurring problem. They come out and do the exact same thing we do....hit the reset button. Yes the furnace runs after being reset but the problem returns when you least expect it. The furnace comes on but does not ignite and blows cold air and you have to unplug it to shut it down. Same problem but no advise or diagnostic to say what's happening.

We had an annual plumbing inspection done by Chance a few weeks ago which resulted in a replacement of our water heater today. Chance provided us with detailed information, he was very professional and so sweet! Thank you Chance for being so incredible!!(:

All Hours has done my HVAC maintenance for a while now. They are price competitive, thorough, and very professional. Brandon was just here for our fall tuneup and he was excellent.

I thought the technician did a great job of explaining things and I didn’t feel like he just “found” something for an additional service or cost. In addition, he helped educate me about my system and square footage same we talked about future options. I didn’t feel pressured and found him to be highly professional Ana knowledgeable.

Honestly felt we were scammed. We lost our hot water on Saturday, called sunday after we tried to reset it ourselves, called All hours Air and they got someone out by the time they had said. Gentlemen didnt help, just told us that we gotta get a new one, quoted us 3800 for a new one for 1700 for new heating elements. Then told us that we owe 40$ because of the weekend fee, which wasnt told to us over the phone. And now were 3 days without hot water.

Jacob was absolutely amazing from start to finish. He took the time to explain the issue and how to properly care for our heater. It’s refreshing to work with a person with strong customer service and knowledge in his field.

Great crew, loved the communication with them. The gentleman was very nice and kept everything clean. The price was fantastic if you got in during their $59.00 special. Will definitely be reaching out to them next year for our furnace tune up.

Everything looks great water is still a little cloudy from the new filter but they said that it should clear up soon. Javier was great and has been a big help. I have his cell if anything goes wrong and he said I could call him anytime. They worked with us on the financing and were very helpful by offering suggestions on how to handle our situation. I highly recommend them.

Todd is my hero! He is knowledgeable about my heater and had it repaired and heating my home in no time. He explained everything and showed me what to do if the problem happened again. Being a new customer I was very impressed with him and the company. They have a new customer for life.

Very good experience! When I called their office they answered promptly and were very professional. The next morning Nick came to my house and determined that my kitchen sink was not draining due to blockage further down in the pipes under the house. They came out next day and fixed the problem. Jerome and Nick were very personable and explained everything they were doing and why. They told me the cost upfront and offered some discounts. I highly recommend.

We've had a chronic problem with a tankless water heater. All Hours was very responsive in setting appointment times, having knowledgable techs, and finding the causes - and solution to the issue. Reliable and trustworthy.

Technician were very courteous and professional upon arrival. I had requested service for my furnace, inspection were accomplished, no problems were identified. I’ve already booked service for my AC unit in the spring. My requirements were met and I would recommend their services to others.

We had a leak behind our refrigerator that we tried to fix, but it became too complicated. Then I noticed that the floor in front of the refrigerator was starting to buckle. I immediately called All Hours Air and the woman who answered the phone said she could have a technician there within a couple of hours. Chance, the technician, came within 2 hours. He diagnosed the problem and had it fixed within the hour. He even said he would get in touch with a company that would come over and check for the damage caused by the small water leak, which had been going for a while. The baseboards are starting to get wet. Thanks, Chance, for coming out so quick.

In addition, the amount to come out to look at the problem is much lower than most of the companies in the area. We decided to sign up for their maintenance program where they will come out 3 times a year to clean the water heater, furnace and air conditioner.
