Highly recommend this local business, we have used them for many years and the product quality and service have been consistently exceptional.
The switch to our gas fireplace was broken and needed repair. Sarah in the office and our technician Matthew Johnston were both super friendly, responsive and professional. I was most impressed by their outstanding communication and service. Both Sarah and Matthew provided clear consistent cost and lead time options regarding repair service and maintenance contracts. Matthew implemented the fix and it has been working perfectly since. A smooth experience from start to finish, and fair pricing for the high quality products, service and overall experience.

Our house is 30 years old and was in desperate need of duct redesign replacement. The old system was severely undersized, disintegrating, and we weren’t getting the performance expected from our furnace and A/C.

Vincent and Jeff came out to do the replacement. They put in the time and did not compromise quality of work or cut any corners. I went down under the house to check out their work - everything is strapped up off the floor nicely and well insulated. They don’t skimp on quality materials either. In an industry where it is so easy for people to cut corners and take advantage of you - you can trust these guys. They were so nice and great to work with. I would recommend them to anyone in need of HVAC work, minor or major.

Kyle was super nice and professional. Went over my hvac system with me including pics of my system in my attic, which I’ve never even seen in my newly built home. Great service, signed a maintenance contract with this company.

When I called I got AI, which I absolutely hate! So once you get through that it says it can't get everything it needs so I got transferred to a live agent. The real person was great, but then asks the same questions. They may have amazing service and they do have nice people to talk to once you get one, but I prefer talking to a real person from the start. We ended up going elsewhere to get a sooner appt.

Nevada Heating & Cooling came out to perform maintenance on our heating unit. Their Tech, Cody Cotton did an excellent job. There will be a future part replacement on the heating unit. Cody has already ordered the part for us and we should have repairs completed very soon. Very pleased!

We called Nevada heating and air to come out and do routine maintenance on our 2 heating units, our first experience with this company. Our service technician Joe was very friendly and knowledgeable, explained everything he did. Very impressed with him and this company, signed up for their maintenance plan. Highly recommend!

Joe was wonderful and did my furnace service. Evan did my water heater service and was also wonderful. Both were kind, respectful, honest and explained everything to me. They helped me we up my app and also took photos of the inspection. Would highly recommend Nevada Heating, Cooling, Plumbing, Fireplace.

Nick H. was helpful and thorough in examining our furnace which had two cracks and had a carbon monoxide concern and came same day we called. Nick in the office walked us through ALL the options late into the day on Friday. They scheduled us first thing Monday morning to get it taken care of since we have young children in the house. Pricing was fair with good finance options. Jeff and Vincent did the install and too were thorough and helpful in answering my many questions and going out their way to update one of our exchange vents. From start to finish, working with them was smooth and decreased our stress in this process despite dealing with a serious concern.

Matt with fireplace came out in a very quick manner to remedy the issue we were having with our fireplace. Very thorough and knowledgeable, easy to talk to and he explains what the issues were and how he fixed them. While they still do fireplaces for the next few months I highly recommend using Nevada heating and air as well as Matt for any fireplace issues.

This morning I had Jim come by to drain our water heater and check our plumbing in our home. He was very informative and professional about his inspection and service performed.
He let us know about areas that need work and gave the reasoning of why. Overall had a wonderful experience and would recommend.

Kevin and Marco did an outstanding job replacing our aging AC unit. They arrived on time, and worked w/o a break until the job was done. Kevin communicated well during the job, answered all my questions. We are happy customers!

We had a fantastic experience with everyone who worked on installing our new hvac duct system. From the knowledge and experience of the person who inspected and quoted to the Manager, Jake who answered all my questions to the office staff, Sarah and Megah who answered all our calls to the great guys who installed the product. Vincent and Jeff, thank you for all the time you spent and the detailed work you did. Mack, thank you for the care you took cleaning our furnace and I think the quote you worked up for us was very fair.

I always have confidence with Nevada Heating for our repairs or maintenance. No pressure or "upselling". Our service person Matthew is very conscientious and explains why or what the service he recommends. He arrives in time, is friendly and leaves the area as clean or cleaner than when he started. I HIGHLY recommend Nevada Heating and Matthew.

Our forced air furnace began running non stop as the house temperature raised well over the settings. We called Nevada heating and they were able to send a technician that same day. The technician Cody, was very professional and helpful. He was a complete “10”. Excellent customer service by Nevada heating and Cody.

We had Cody Cotton take care of our heating and cooling system. He was on time, polite, explained very well the things he was inspecting. He also showed us the report at the end and explained what his readings meant, as well as indications of possible maintenance that may be necessary. Thank you!

Cody Cotton was great. He spent the time with me showing me pictures and thoroughly explaining everything. A few days later I did have the whole furnace replaced and Jeff and Vince did a fantastic job. Very professional, reliable and cleaned up wonderfully. I love my new furnace!

From my initial contact calling and talking to Sarah in the office My experience with Nevada heating was awesome. She was compassionate and very professional. I am watching a home for the owner who is in the hospital with cancer and it was very important to me to have prompt service. Miles and Reid came out to check the furnace and they were also very kind and professional. They informed me the furnace was on its last leg which I had already known to be true and they suggested a very reasonably priced unit and did not try to upsell me. It was installed the very next day by Vincent and Jeff and they were also super efficient and professional. I am recommending this company to everybody I know in the area. We had dealt with several other companies in the past who tried to sell us $20,000 units to replace everything and this was the first company that was honest and kept our cost down.
A few months after the installation Joe came out to install the smart sensors for the system. It is part of the annual maintenance agreement and he installed sensors in the house for air filter comfort and water sensors. He explained everything very well and I only wish I had this service where I live in Arizona. My friend who lives in the house and has cancer can be confident that anything that goes wrong will show up on his app. Joe was wonderful and I just love this company!

The agency responded right away to the call even it was holiday. They checked the problem and advised to replace the furnace because the roll out is very dangerous. That was they found out. They replaced the furnace according to the date scheduled and they came at 8:00 am and finished the job at about 3:00 pm. The thermostat was also replaced with a new one and taught us, the homeowner, how to operate. They answered all the questions we asked them. We are satisfied with the work of Christian and Caleb. Thank you Nevada Heating for your help. Now we can sleep well comfortably. If my friend will experience the same problem, you are number 1 in the list.

Cody came out to service/repair/assess our furnace. He was very thorough, and provided several options. We opted for a new system. Tony and Adrian came a few days later to install the new furnace. They carefully removed the old one to haul away (thank you!) and were very detailed and efficient in installing the replacement. We have used this company for several plumbing and heating jobs and are always happy with the result.
