Mack completed our Heater service today and he was here early, which was a great start and talked to us about what he was looking for and addressed each of our concerns. Thru all of this he did not seem to rush thru the process and he spent more time here than I expected which makes me believe he and the company cares about us as customers more than just a service call .
I hope I can get him here for all our future service appointments
We have the service contract with Nevada Heating and Air and am totally satisfied with the value and outstanding service

We had a new furnace install, and everything went super smooth!

While not the best news, my free estimate was honest and no false promises were made. I appreciate when someone is honest and lets me know that something could be more trouble than it is worth. Top notch service, knowledge and honesty. Cody Cotton was fantastic and very thorough.

Mac, finally got an awesome technician from Nevada Heating. Honestly this was NV heating’s last opportunity. I was considering using a different company all together, never seem to have any luck dealing with this companies service department. Don’t get me wrong all the service techs in the past have always been nice and professional. But I was always having issue after they came to do the yearly maintenance. Always calling them back out for one issue or another. Multiple times for the same problem. So this time same issue every year with furnace that they installed 5 years ago. I called they got right out here to address my problem. Mac this guy is amazing took his time, very professional and finally took care of the whole problem. Basically the pipe needed a good cleaning so it will stop clogging a part inside furnace. Causing heater to stop working. He saved his company from losing another customer. I will continue using NV Heating again thank you Mac!

Vince, Caleb, and Jeff did an amazing job! They explained every process that was being done with our water heater and furnace. Absolutely loved the service and how friendly they were. Highly recommend!

Great experience! Jeff and Vincent came out to install a new water heater for us same-day when ours suddenly blew a leak. It only took 2 hours from our initial phone call to get their teammate Michael over for an initial check and estimate options. He was really knowledgeable and personable—no pressure, talking down, or uncomfortable upselling. A few hours later we had everything installed, easy peasy. Everyone’s customer service was five-star, on the phone and in-person - highly recommend!

We are absolutely thrilled with the job done by Jeff, Vincent, Zach and Kevin today on our complete HVAC and Water Heater replacement. They did it all in ONE DAY! This team was professional and efficient while also being very kind and friendly. The system looks gorgeous. It’s also quiet and powerful. Highly recommend! Thanks guys.

Big shout out and thanks to Jake Hahn from Nevada heating. Our 4yr old water heater stopped working and Jake was able to quickly identify the problem. He really took the time to explain what was going on and had options for me to chose from; he went the extra step to find me a discount and was able to get me scheduled the next day! Jake was pleasant and a pleasure to have in our home. Thank you Jake! On a different note and the following day Caleb and Angel showed up to install my new water heater, these guys were great! They were super professional and fun to chat with, they installed quicker than expected and did just an amazing job, ya’ll put the builders original install to shame for sure, it was like looking at a brand new car with all the bells and whistles!

Quinn was very friendly, efficient and knowledgeable. He was able to fix our thermostats, enabling “auto” setting. Apparently it wasn’t set up properly by another Nevada heating tech. We are very happy with Quinn’s service today.

Joe came out and serviced our water heater as part of our maintenance contract. He drained it, checked it thoroughly and then checked each hot water faucet inside the home. He helped me get set up with the online app on my phone which had not been done before. Joe was very nice, professional and helpful.

Wonderful job! Vincent, Jeff, and Mack were knowledgeable, courteous, and exhibited much experience in installation and trouble shooting. They also left our house clean after all the work they put in!!! They should get 10 stars.

My wife had done an Internet search to find the highest rated HVAC company in town. She landed on Nevada Heating calling them the same day she mentioned to me she wanted someone to evaluate our issue with the casita’s heat. The next day Kyle came to our door. Some backdrop…the heat and AC for years has been shutting off causing the temperature either to drop into the 40s in the winter or raise to the upper 80s in the summer. We have a Home Warranty, and I had them out three times to look at the unit. They told me there was nothing wrong. Kyle was very systematic in evaluating our system. He was also thorough getting a complete explanation from me as to what was going on with the system. It did not take him long to figure out the cause was the setting of the thermometer. It was set for oil and gas when the unit itself is electric. It has been three days, and all works excellent. I’m not walking into a fridge. And soon guests may stay without the worry of the room becoming an icebox. Kyle also provided a discount for their yearly maintenance service that waived the diagnostic fee. I look forward to working with Nevada Heating throughout the year. Thank you Nevada Heating and Kyle, you get a 5-star rating from me!

We could not figure out why our brand new drain was leaking. Alan diagnosed the issue in minutes and reinstalled properly. This is exactly why we trust our heating, cooling, and plumbing needs to NHP. The team is fast, friendly, and professional!

We needed a furnace and Nevada Heating was outstanding. From the initial diagnosis to final install, we were treated outstanding. The installation crew was top notch. Both Caleb and Angel were fantastic and installed the furnace in a short amount of time. They were both very informative to us on how to operate the new system. I just had a brand new Carrier furnace installed to replace my 18 year old unit and I just wanted to say that Nevada Heating did an excellent job!

The initial estimate was done by Cody Cotton, who was very knowledgeable and thorough, providing me with very detailed pictures and an explanation of what needed to be done and what recommendations they had. I really appreciated that and it helped me to decide to go with them for my furnace installation, not to mention their very competitive price point and their ability to get me an installation date within a few days.

Speaking of installation, my two install techs were Christian Rivera and Chris Ortiz. They were very prompt for the 8am install, and they both were very respectful, knowledgeable, and professional, answering any questions I had along the way. The install went very smoothly, and took less time than I thought it would. From taking care of my floors by laying down drop cloths from the front door all the way upstairs to the laundry room where the furnace is, to taking on the uneasy task of removing the old unit and hoisting up the new one up to the attic, they did an excellent job. It’s only been a few days, but so far everything works great! Thank you Cody, Christian and Chris and thank you Nevada Heating.

I called Nevada Heating in Reno when our HVAC unit stopped heating the house last night and Reed was sent to save us and in more ways than one. We were actually using the wrong Merv filter in our unit and a few other tips that will help us. We are going to need to replace the HVAC system and now we have the right person for the job plus we signed for the Club Membership and it’s so important as home owners to have that covered.
