Very happy so far with Dehart. Javier came out to do an estimate for an expanded gas line and actually took the time to look at the situation and suggest only the work we truly needed. I’ve had two other local companies come out and just decide I needed an entirely new line from the meter without doing any math or asking any questions (quotes ranging from $2200-13k! Javier took the time to add up my BTUs and determine we had plenty of line to support our appliances. Highly reccomend Dehart.

Eric did an amazing job! Super quick, thorough, professional and courteous. Explained everything from start to finish and advised repairs for the future. Great customer service!!!

Michael was very professional and forthright about the scope of our proposed job. We ultimately decided the job was bigger than we were prepared to do. He was very gracious about our decision and didn't make us feel like we wasted his time. We will continue to use DeHart for our future HVAC needs.

Multiple service calls using DeHart for both preventive and repairs. Scheduling has generally been extremely convenient, with considerations taken during peak seasonal calls. Pricing has been within fair market for all work they performed for me.
The most recent call was for clogged kitchen sink and laundry room stand pipe. Home was a rental for over 10 years so some issues were expected, including use and abuse of drains.
J. Santiago put in a phenomenal effort with what devolved into an after hours call. Working through equipment issues and complexity with the pipe layout, he put in substantial extra effort. Each service call, admin, to service staff, have maintained an attentful attitude and willingness to educate on each job. -
Eric was very thorough in his maintenance check on our 2 furnaces and he was a very nice ,young man. Dehart seems reasonably priced as well. Good communication from office as well!

Grant and Patrick arrived on time. They removed the old hot water tank and installed the new one in about 3 hours. They did a great job with the install and clean up afterwards.
UPDATE: Had Matt come a few weeks after the water tank install to put in 2 new toilets. Did a great job and left the work area spotless.
UPDATE: Eric serviced our HVAC unit and recommended a few repair items. He returned today and installed the recommended parts. He arrived on time and did a great job. -
DeHeart Plumbing, Heating, & Air technician Michael Machnik did fantastic job on our emergency call out for our furnace. He was prompt and knowledgeable. He identified the problem and fixed it quickly. We will be a loyal customer to this company from now on.
Update: We decided to install a new efficient Daiken Oterra heat/cool minisplit system. We are so happy with Grant and the team of installation professionals that came into our home. The sales representative Michael was excellent as well. We are very happy with the system and the attention to the new installation that we received. We also decided to upgrade the insulation in our attic. Would definitely recommend using this company! -
DeHart has been amazing, from our initial visit from John who helped with an issue that other companies couldn't fix, our subsequent heating inspection from Eric who was thorough and professional, and today's visit from Michael who took the time to give us very helpful information along with his great, thorough service. We can't say enough about DeHart professionalism, punctuality, knowledge/explanation, cleanliness and dependability. Thank you for sending us the very best! The value you provide is so worth it!

Lauren came on Wednesday as promised and was very professional and explained everything he needed to do. He and Stephen are exemplary and should be commended in what they do. Thank you again Dehart Plumming for going above and beyond with customer service. Stephen came and was polite knowledgeable and explained everything. I still need a new water heater but that will come on Wednesday. He is wonderful he set me up with a temporary water heater and didn't price gouge me. Dehart has a great employee and a valuable asset with him. I look forward to working with him on Wednesday. Thank you Dehart!

Matt did a great job! He did clean, quick work and was very personable through out the whole experience. He didn’t have a new garbage disposal with him and waited while I ran to the store for a replacement. Would recommend him and the DeHart team to any of my friends and family in need!

From start to finish, the entire process with Michael Machnik @ DeHart was absolutely outstanding. From providing a clear and fair quote to walking me through every step of the process, Michael made everything simple and stress-free. Communication was great, and I felt informed and confident about the work being done. The delivery and installation went exactly as promised. They arrived on time, were extremely polite and respectful, and treated my home with great care. They worked efficiently, cleaned up everything once they were done, and made sure everything was running perfectly before leaving. and I couldn’t be happier with the results. Highly recommend them for anyone looking for reliable and professional HVAC service!

I must say that I'm highly impressed with DeHart Plumbing, Heating and Air. Michael Machnik visited our house about a month ago to provide us estimates on a new furnace. Machnik is kind, professional, transparent, of high ethical and moral standards, and very understanding. I would also like to mention Grant, Patrick, and Shaun who installed the furnace. They were kind, professional, and very decent people overall. Also a shout out to Eric Dewees who is likewise a very valuable employee of DeHart. Randy Moore, Mike S, are outstanding supervisors and promote high ethical standards for their employees (nice to see supervisors who lead by example). Javier Santiago is also an outstanding, outstanding employee who is kind, knowledgeable, transparent, of high ethical standards, proficient in both HVAC and plumbing, and just such a nice person. Ladies at the front desk are likewise responsive, timely, and have excellent communication skills.
If you have any issues whatsoever DeHart will promptly address the issues and make things right.
This company is top tier and far superior to their competitors. -
I needed a repair to my old kitchen sink faucet that turned out to need a replacement. Matt fixed the faucet enough to use temporarily and was going to schedule me for a new faucet installment later in the week but then he called the office and got the okay to do the installment that day. He drove from Lemmon Valley to pick up a new faucet and back again at no extra charge. The last plumbing company I used billed me an extra hour for their drive time. DeHart has my business from now on. Matt was very pleasant and efficient. I highly recommend him!
-
Hands down the best plumbers in town. After multiple plumbers charging large amounts and not solving the issue, it was looking like a never ending money pit. But then the Duo of Matt and Javier came and not only found all of the issues, they were able to fixed them same day. DeHart will always be who I recommend to everyone!!!

THE JOB: Twin tub cast iron sink replaced with new, single tub, stainless steel sink. New disposal unit and Moen faucet to be installed in new sink.
Results:
1. Marble countertop opening was slightly smaller than new SS sink. Technician jammed new sink into undersized opening and bent/dented rear corner of sink flange when prying out of countertop. Subsequently I had marble countertop cut to sink manufacturers template and purchased a new stainless steel sink ($356).
Installation errors:
a) technician did not dry-fit sink in countertop opening prior to attaching faucet and caulking the bottom of the sink per manufacturer instructions.
b) a non-silicone caulk was used. Manufacture specifies 100% silicone caulk only.
c) Caulk was applied to the clip ring and not to the outer rim of the sink per manufacturers instructions.
2) New sink installation into enlarged opening:
a) Technician did not apply silicone to outer rim of sink prior to installation with clip rings....explanation was "caulk is not required when using clip rings". I had technician remove the sink so that I could apply silicone caulk as per manufacturers instructions.
b) Only 6 clip rings were used out of 12 that were required per sink manufacturer instructions. One side of the sink did not have any clip rings at all.
c) Technician rotated disposal unit 45° from normal to align discharge pipe with existing P-trap location. This caused the dishwasher discharge trap hose to become kinked which then pinched-off the dishwasher drain pipe from the disposal unit.
d) bottom of disposal discharge pipe was not long enough to insert through the P-trap compression ring. Technician pushed the P-trap and drain pipe assembly upwards so that the compression ring would fit just over the bottom tip of the disposal discharge pipe. The following day, with the sink filling with water from the dishwasher overflow stub, the P-trap compression ring popped off of the disposal discharge tube and flooded the kitchen floor and cabinet. -
Great people and great service
