Great service. Power outage tripped our boiler controller and put us without heat during an excessively cold spell in our mountain home. We left a message late after hours on a Sunday (Super Bowl Sunday as well) with Gibson Plumbing. They were at our home the next morning (after calling us first thing the next morning) running diagnostics and repaired the issues. We were back up by 11am. next morning. Can’t say enough about this operation. Mr. Gibson was knowledgeable, gracious, and professional.

Gibson plumbing was responsive and easy to communicate with. The office staff was very helpful, kind and quick to respond. Galen, who came to our house, was great. He worked hard and ensured that he did a good job and updated our boiler/water heater ventilation to code. We definitely trust and are impressed with Gibson Plumbing.

Cary installed hydronic heating and plumbing in our house 19 years ago. I have had him repair my hydronic, plumbing and gas grill gas problems throughout the years. He is THE BEST. He is dependable and has been able to fix my problems the first time out and doesn’t have a huge time window where you have to be home to receive the service. I trust him to fix things even when I’m out of town or can’t be there. I would highly recommend Gibson Plumbing.

Zach is such a wonderful personable and compassionate person who also happens to be skilled and talented repair and business man. I called him in distress as our boiler went out in the middle of the night and it was freezing! He had a very busy schedule but managed to squeeze me in. He had my parts the next day and we were back in warmth. Thank you, Zach! Our family appreciates you.

I like these guys. I got the name from a friend’s husband who is in new-home construction and said they’re good. They put in a whole-house humidifier for me about a year ago. Miguel seemed knowledgeable, and they were about half as much as Sierra Air. Now a year later, I called with some maintenance and filter questions and they actually picked up the phone— and David is being friendly and helpful, and actually calling back with any answers he doesn’t have on the spot!

Apparently they don’t have lots of Google reviews because someone selling Google ads ripped them off, so out of protest the owner just had Yelp and Bing listings. But they got convinced just recently that they should at least be LISTED on Google. So I guess now the secret’s out...

Best HVAC company in Reno. We use them for our personal residence and business. They are always quick to come out and are honest about what needs to be done. Highly recommend them.

Extremely disrespectful owner and team. They can't manage to install equipment on time the correct way and the owner Brandon is extremely rude. I would highly recommend selecting literally anyone else in Reno for AC services. Irresponsible and incompetent. Dealing with Custom Air is a nightmare.

Was on the freeway when one of the techs in a white van decided to ride my ass in traffic for no apparent reason. Then proceeded to pull up on the side of me and flip me off and cuss at me then cut me off, all while my 5 year old daughter was in the back seat. Real class act that guy was. Just because of that tech would not recommend this company at all. After reading the other review on here seems about fitting for this company now.
