That Karen is a gem, great forklift operator. Rachael is always happy to greet me with a smile and Jason keeps the place looking like a million bucks. The coffee is always hot and fresh too.

We were in a real pickle. The power company changed out our gas meter and in the process shook loose a bad joint in one of the gas lines under our house. They shut down our gas and told us we needed to get a licensed plumber out to fix it before they could restore our sevice. THIS WAS AT THE END OF JANUARY! No heat! I spoke with Mark on the phone, we pulled a permit with the city and he sent Byron and Kaleb out to get us fixed right away. Mark also came by the house to make sure everything was going smoothly and called after to make sure NV Energy got us turned back on. We're very happy.

I will be calling them again to run gas to our backyard for the BBQ and firepit this Summer.

Never call anyone else. These guys rock! Fixed my AC on short notice. It broke at the worst possible time. Didn't charge me an arm or a leg either. Totally recommend Alexander Mechanical.

Watched their technician grossly speeding and road raging other drivers, over 80 in a 45 mph zone, then forcing several other drivers off the road so he could pass unsafely. If they can't be respectful on the way to your house, what says they'll be respectful at your place?

They completed their scope of work efficiently and in a very timely manner. They were offered overtime and they refused it and still completed the work ahead of schedule. I would be glad to use Alexander Mechanical again and I highly recommend them. This project was in a warehouse environment and made sure that when they left, their workspace was clean & orderly.

10-26-23 I replaced the faucet fixture in the MSTR bath this morning. I re-installed the flex hoses to the fixture and was setting the sink back into it's "hole" when the hot water flex broke off. Hmmph! (it's an old house) I then noticed some water was still coming from the end of the snapped off hose so I tried to tighten the shut-off valve more. It wasn't co-operating. Being 71 with health conditions I decided to call [a number of] local plumbers. Everyone was too busy or short handed to help, and available ETA's ran from 2 days (at overtime fees only) to 2 weeks out. WOW! "Not gonna work for me"... Running down the list I called Gibson Plumbing and spoke with Cambria. From the very beginning (to the end) everyone was so pleasant and considerate! (so awesome and welcome in this day 'n age) Liz came out about 2 hours later and she really knew her stuff. I was super impressed with her friendliness, her expertise and her attention to detail (that others in more of a rush to "get in and get out" would NOT have done or checked for!) As a retired engineer, I commented that she'd make a great engineer because of how she "is" as a person AND how she practices her trade. Very warm personality, respectful and conscientious. If she were looking for a job and if I had a business, I wouldn't hesitate to hire her. She is a great asset to Gibson, for sure!

Zach is very knowledgeable about our ground source heat pump and a/c system and took the time to troubleshoot and explain the work he was doing thoroughly while at our house. He and the office are very professional, and I would not hesitate to hire him again if we have any additional problems.

Had an expansion tank blow and issues with my recirc pump. Zach, Cambria & Jaimon got all over it quickly and did a great job at a very reasonable price. Thanks Gibson plumbing team!!!
