This team is on time and really tries to fix the problem. They also clean up after themselves and I personally think this is an important part of any vendor's job.

I would highly recommend Allied Mechanical Services in a heartbeat. They took an old 1970's house with no AC and a very old and unreliable heating system and installed a Samsung Muti Zone ducted (no flex ... all hard ducting) heat pump system. A lot of meticulous and hard work that was very well done. Super nice guys. Very completive pricing as well. They did everything as promised with no short cuts. 10 stars.

I'll give credit where credit is due.
Good job Alex for seeing what the first crew did, he said he would send another crew to assist and he sure did.
Even the workers he sent we had a good laugh about what the first crew did and they assured us that it would be corrected.
So they corrected it, told us all what was going on.
The crew worked a 10 hour day to fix everything and to get the Samsung windless unit going.

Thanks again Alex for sending an extra crew.

Great quick service! My AC was not working, called in the morning and had someone out that same day. They even had the necessary part on their truck! Great customer service and great quality work!

Chow showed up and got our unit up and running again in under 2 hours. We called after 5pm and they answered and were here the next day! Cannot recommend them enough!
