Major thumbs up for the great job done by this firm. They responded promptly when no other firm in the SLT area replied (for a week!). They set an appointment and were on time. Galen the technician was really friendly and did a great job explaining the issue and fixing it in a timely manner. He also had really useful suggestions so kudos to him! Would absolutely recommend this firm to anyone looking for reliability and high quality work.

We used this company for a bathtub to shower conversion. The company is responsive, efficient and professional from the time we meet the owner Cary Gibson to all of his staff. We had minor issues with the conversion and the company responded immediately to resolve the issue. It was great to work with them on the bathroom remodel. I will use them in the future when I have need of a plumber.

On November 27, 2023, I was traveling out of town, so Zach Gibson worked with my neighbor Jim P. to carry out routine maintenance on my geothermal heating system and replace a defective thermostat. Jim P. later told me that Zach demonstrated a solid knowledge of the system, saying he (Jim) learned a lot about my geothermal system during Zach's visit. Gibson Plumbing's is located in Reno, while I live in Gardnerville, NV. , but I know they are the best-in-the-region experts of geothermal plumbing systems and I never hesitate to call them in when needed.

Gibson plumbing was great, they scheduled me quickly, Jamin was on time, friendly, professional and got the job done quickly. Highly recommend!

Gibson Plumbing came ahead of schedule and replaced our geothermal system pump. They also got the pump maker to provide a new at no cost to us. I would highly recommend Gibson for any plumbing need, and they install and understand ground source geothermal systems.

I have worked with Gibson on several remodel projects and would recommend. They are professional, great communicators and their field crew gets the job done.

Just had them install a Mitsubishi hyper heat and air handler system to tie into our ductwork, replacing our old oil furnace. Zach came and did the estimate and calcs and Kip did the install. This was far and away the biggest expense we've had on our home and did a lot of research and had multiple quotes. The guys from Gibson were professional and did an amazing job all around and I've already recommended them to my neighbor.

Gibson just completed installation of a new efficient boiler for our radiant heating system. Zach and team arrived on time each day, cleaned up as they went and completed the job on time. We were so happy, we had them switch out thermostats, add a new toilet replacement and will have them back next spring to check our AC unit too! Very happy with their quick and courteous service

I had Gibson Plumbing and one of the co-owners Zach Gibson perform service on my boiler and radiant heating system. His expertise and knowledge by far exceeded the ability of the technicians from three other plumbing companies, that were reported to be ‘experts’.
Next year I will have Gibson Plumbing perform my annual heating service.

They did a good job, were great about explaining the new system and answering all our questions (both when giving the estimate and during installation) and the AC works well. And I love the new smart thermostat - very easy to use with lots of options. A couple odd things:
1. As is normal these days, we had to wait 6 weeks for the A/C unit to arrive (we didn't want just a standard AC). Gibson was supposed to schedule the appointment after the unit arrived, but instead they just showed up one morning. I was out of town but my luckily my housemate was home and able to stay home for the 2 days before I got back.
2. I had wanted the return air duct enlarged and wanted to use a larger static filter after another company had taken static pressure readings to find that it's insufficiently sized especially for the later static filter. I can't recall the exact conversation, but oddly Gibson wouldn't do that work. Also, it seems taking the static pressure readings would be a normal part of working on my 30 year old system but they didn't do that.

Those things certainly aren't show stoppers. I'd recommend Gibson to friends.

Gibson Plumbing with Zach, Aldo and team were fantastic in setting up a top of the line heat pump heating and cooling system in our older home. It was almost an impossible task with the older home we have but they got it done as advertised.

Zach has also worked on our older boiler floor radiator heating system and did a fantastic job with maintenance and improvement before we added the new system. Thank you!
