I'd like to give praise to Johnny(I may have spelled that wrong, he works the front area if that helps to identify him between another) That aside, I would like to note that my family and I have shopped at Johnstone for over a decade(McAtee Heating and Air, and now I with another outfit) in that time and just the other day Johnny has been a pleasure doing business with. He's knowledgeable, kind, and willing to go that extra foot to fulfill and order. He gives Johnstone Supply a good name. I hope that this brings some recognition to his side of things of being a stand-up guy for y'all. Beyond that, I have always enjoyed going to this location for its availability of specific parts and the location of the store. The people I spoke to on the phone were polite and helpful. We were helped today by Jose. He was polite and friendly. He explained what needed to be fixed in an informative way. He was thorough and checked that everything was working and clean before he left. He even washed off our reusable air filter for us and explained why they were actually pretty hard on the systems. Overall I definitely recommend this business.

I met with a rep from DeHart Plumbing, Heating and Air today to obtain an estimate for a new furnace. Michael the rep was very professional and friendly. He explained what I needed and how he would achieve positive results. DeHart is definitely worth checking out when obtaining estimates for jobs.
