We hired Nevada Heating, Cooling, Plumbing, Fireplace to install a new furnace. Their level of professionalism is second to none.

Megan, the receptionist answered every question and connected us with the right crewmember for each step of our project. She was delightful to speak with.

Working with the management team, Nick, Roger and Jake was fantastic. These guys know how to run a business. They made the process of selecting our furnace a breeze.

The install crew, Kevin and Aiden arrived on time, ready to work and were extremely careful in our home. They work together seamlessly. When the job was complete, they even cleaned up every single spec of construction dust and debris.

Over the past five years, we have completely renovated our home. We have had countless servicemen in and out of our doors. This crew is hands-down the most professional and reliable group we have ever used.

Part of their yearly membership and checking if all equipment (worth every penny) is functioning properly. Today had Joe in plumbing. VERY professional, knowledgeable and easy to communicate. Showed major issue in one water heater. Explained 2-3 fix it scenarios. Got us a quote, discount and scheduled in 2days, for installation for a new one. Also helped on a small other issue, detailed 3 more and preparing a quote. Very well done!!
Wanted to add another review, 5 star as well as we had the ‘other’ Joe(from Boston) came an hour later to spend hours going over our 3 furnaces and A/C units. He too was extremely thorough, professional and very detailed.
Both were a true delight to have in our home!

Second post; had the installation guys come out, 36 hrs later! Jeff and Vincent, who are just as great as the Joe’s above, install went great, cleaned up perfectly, checked all inside. Very professional!!
Small issue and they came back out within 24hrs, knew how to correct it and runs perfectly.
The entire Nevada Heating and cooling team are the best including the ladies setting all three appointments up!

This was a remarkably great experience with Nevada heating today. I called this morning and Quinn and Chris were able to see me this afternoon. Quinn is learning and Chris seems to be a very very competent teacher. Both were very friendly. Kris explained everything in great detail and asked if I needed anything else. He suggested that I have my air-conditioning and water heater looked at in May. So I’ll definitely be calling then hopefully we’ll get Quinn and Kris again.

Evan was friendly, courteous, and punctual, and took time to explain the work he was doing. During a routine water heater flush and plumbing inspection, he found that the house water pressure was too high, indicating a failed or missing pressure regulating valve. Evan and Anthony came back the next week and installed a new pressure regulating valve, and took care to minimize this long the water was off to the house. I appreciated Evan’s thorough inspection to identify an unknown issue, then his quick professional work to make the installation.

Our service technician, Mack, was outstanding. He took the time to thoroughly inspect our system and carefully explained what repairs were needed and why, which helped me feel confident in the decisions we needed to make. He answered all of my questions patiently and provided thoughtful suggestions about the best plan for our heating and air conditioning needs.
Mack was knowledgeable, respectful, and truly went above and beyond. His professionalism and attention to detail stood out, and he is genuinely an exceptional gentleman. I highly recommend Nevada Heating for their top-tier customer service and quality care for all of the HVAC and Plumbing needs.

Chance was really helpful in helping me understand the cost of the repair and also helping us get the most lifespan out of the new part by turning down the dial. He was very professional and also set me up with an appointment so they could come tune up my ac and furnace (before those break too) will absolutely use them every time.

The technicians, Chance and Francisco, were very knowledgeable, friendly and efficient. They had my water heater working again in an hour. They were also very sweet to my dogs!

My tech was quite fun. I love hearing little anecdotes about his family and and he really helped me understand the furnace, and all the things The company provides.

Brian was a great technician. Personable, knowledgeable, and fair. Told us what we might need in the future but didn't try to sell it today. Something to keep an eye on.

Brandon was great! He was friendly, knowledgeable and derated my gas for our altitude during the furnace maintenance of my 2011 Bryant. Seriously?!! NO ONE has done this for years! What a difference!!
Thanks to Brandon my furnace runs so quietly and doesn’t clunk and cycle on/off- he just extended the life of my unit. He was so good in answering all of my questions as he serviced the furnace. Thank you Brandon!!

Then I had Jerome Who did an excellent job in assessing my 2003 Bemis toilet was slowly dying. He was also friendly, knowledgeable and great!! He provided several options in which I ultimately decided (and specifically requested) the American Standard toilet which he had! It was just matter of going to the warehouse to get it.
Another awesome experience w smooth installation, answering all my questions, great workmanship and clean up!

Worked with Chase. He was very nice and knew his business. He made it very clear that since our toilet was old he may not be able to fix it. So he gave us other options and it worked out great

Terrible!!! I was quoted $35 dollars when I made the appointment to find a water leak. When the tech arrives he says it's almost $500 plus the $35 not including the repair. He was nice, but no!!!

Brandon was very thorough in diagnosing our furnace problem. The $59 diagnostic fee was very fair. The person with whom I spoke with over the phone was very concise, friendly, and promptly scheduled me on the same day. Thank you.

I had a sewer main backed up, Nick was prompted, very informative and professional. AHA was very accommodating to my needs and I will be using them in the future.

Brandon was polite from beginning to end. He was very respectful and detailed about the minor issue. He will be our tech in the future. I highly recommend him and this company.
