On time, professional, competent, polite and reasonable. We'll call them again! Rachel quickly answered the phone and scheduled an appointment for the following day to look at our refrigerator that wasn't as cool as it should be. In the morning, the Doctors called to say they were on the way, as promised. They performed a thorough diagnosis and provided a written quote for the job, with a time estimate to acquire the needed replacement part. (It was snowing, and they put on booties to keep the kitchen floor clean.) 2 days later, they called first thing in the morning to pick a time in the afternoon to complete the repair, replacement part in hand. Again - they called to say they were en route. Once onsite, they disassembled the components necessary, and found an additional problem. We agreed to move forward with a small additional charge for the time required. The appliance we reassembled, wiped down clean and set back in place. The repair was completed and the fridge is working like new.

From Rachel as the Admin. answering calls and responding to emails (she's EXTREMELY prompt and reliable) to the wonderful and top quality service I have received from Mishka and Danny, you can't beat this company for any appliance repair. They are reliable and affordable and a pleasure to deal with, I've used them 3 times now and have not been disappointed!

I got their information at Facebook marketplace. I texted the number and I got a response in less than 5 minutes. I needed a dishwasher and he gave me an awesome deal. What a guy, nice gentleman.

Can’t say enough positive things about this fast, friendly, professional team! They have helped us twice now and we are extremely grateful! Cost was as reasonable as it gets for in home service. They’re our first call now for any issues that we have in the kitchen/laundry room. Definitely recommend!

Paid over $1000 to replace the main controller board for our mini-fridge. 6 months later, the fridge was broken again. They came again (charged us $125) to tell us that the controller board was broken (again), and refused to repair it even though the manufacturer offers a one year warranty on parts. Would not recommend if looking someone who will stand behind his work.
