Aaron did an excellent job installing a backflow inverter to feed my irrigation system

They put in a new water heater for me, informed me some things were out of code corrected that at the time of installation, also took care of oil heating and checked emissions of the exhaust. They are very professional with great knowledge with the ability to explain to a layman. Will definitely work with again for any future needs as well as highly recommend!

Aaron got back to me right away, came out to my house and not only diagnosed the problem but suggested a handful of things going on. His passion for plumbing and skill set were ever apparent and the job I needed was fixed in no time. I'll definitely be recommending him and giving him a call again.

Kato plumbing and heating assisted with a two day mini split project we needed help. I had a delivery delay that was out of my control so I called Kato to help give us a push to keep the rest of the week on schedule. Always thinking ahead, cleaning up after leaving a room, treating my clients with the upmost respect and was just a pleasure to work alongside. I will certainly be making the call again if anything comes up and I need some help. Great experience!

Good service

I wanted to update the fixtures in our master bath, but had been trying to figure out what to buy on the build.com site for a few weeks. I was not sure exactly what parts were needed or what brands were going to last the longest. Called the showroom and set up an appointment with Laura at Ferguson. She was stellar. She explained everything, made great recommendations, and within a short period of time, I had everything I needed. I wish I had called sooner.

Went to Ferguson to ask a few questions and to buy a toilet but got the cold shoulder and was asked to put my mask over my nose. I am on oxygen and have a hard time with the mask. There is no more mask mandate in New Hampshire. I adjusted my mask and I continued to ask a question and the rep asked if I had an appointment. I said no she said I needed an appointment. There is no sign at the door stating appointments only. There was no one else in the building needless to say I am taking my business elsewhere I was also thinking of doing a whole new bathroom but will not be using this company

I've had , on several occasions over the past three years, the experience of buying fixtures at FW WEBB in Manchester NH. It's during approximately a dozen store visits that we have had the pleasure of consulting with Hannah Michaud. I regrettably have not taken the time to write a review, until today. I was prompted to now because I had to return to the store to deal with a defective faucet. Once again, Hannah Michaud made herself available to assist us. Always professional. Affable. Always knowledgeable about product selection that best fits our renovation projects. Hannah is such an asset to FW WEBB. I hope she is treated accordingly.

I was in trouble... septic tank backup in our basement on a Saturday. Called Rooter-Man at 3pm and Dustin shows up 2.5 to 3 hours later. Located the blockage soon after that which was at the outlet end of the septic tank and not in the main line as was suspected. Great service & great guy! Didn't leave until approx 7pm. I highly recommend Router-Man!!

Joe was really great. He took care of my clogged line quickly and he explained everything he was doing and why. He cleaned up after himself which I really appreciated. Great job.

We had Joe as our technician, very thorough. He explained everything in detail. At the end he cleaned out our trash barrell that he used, I noticed him washing it thoroughly which was conscientious and considerate. Would hire again, thank you.
