I had a shower drain that has been slow for a few years and finally became extreme. Joe from Rooter-Man knew just what the problem was and cleared 70 years of cast iron scale in a matter of minutes. The price was exactly what he quoted. Very professional, knowledgeable, and efficient. Would definitely recommend!

Chris, from Rooter Man was awesome! Explained everything as he went. Patient with my questions. We had a clogged kitchen sink that took more than snaking it out. Ideal plumbing has been absolutely amazing when it comes to installing new appliances and their communication. The process with ordering through Home Depot and having multiple parties involved in deliveries, installations and returns was a headache but John at ideal plumbing has been so helpful and Tom and Dan were amazing during the two installs. Cant recommend them enough!

Didn’t even show up!! Cost me a days pay and I had to call them to remind them they missed my appointment. Wanted to give a zero star but wasn’t able. If you want your job done, call someone else.

Ken came out for a boiler cleaning. I appreciated how he took his time to walk me through what he was going to do. He pointed out a few things that were out of code and decided to get those taken care of as well.
Overall Pierce was prompt, polite, and got the work done for a fair price. I would call them again.
