I was in need of a ADA toilet and Kitchen faucet on the fly for a person who was struggling with MS and his house needed a toilet and faucet. Thank you Granite Group for coming to my rescue and setting me all up with all the parts at a discounted rate to take care of him. He really appreciated it. I completed the job last night. All went amazing. You guys are the best.

Heater they installed started leaking after being installed for only a few months. Called to ask if there was a warranty, and they said they would have to send someone out to see. The person came and attempted to fix, with no mention of cost. It started leaking again a day later, so I called them back and they sent someone else to fix. Still no mention of cost. Months later I get a very large bill from them for the repairs. Do not expect any transparency or good service, but at least they fixed the issue eventually.

Can’t imagine using a company with such careless irresponsible drivers who can’t stop at A CROSS WALK WITH CHILDREN ! Lives in Cantebury apart truck 194 license plate 559-2551

Our unit needs to be replaced. We've gone 10 days without hot water.....they came this past Thursday and then again Friday and still didn't complete the install. They left us without WATER running to our dishwasher & shower ALL WEEKEND!! A COLD SHOWER IS BETTER than having to wash up in a sink!!! Here it is Monday and they are expected to be back again today........3 days to complete!!!! My husband is a heating technician for a major competitor & knows the unit they are installing (this is a rental unit & why he just didn’t do it himself) 2 days max to complete and his company would would NEVER leave a customer stranded without water for a DAY, let ALONE a weekend!!!!! It better be fixed today!!! UNEXEPTABLE!!!!

MONDAY UPDATE: LUKE WARM WATER COMING FROM NEW UNIT....TECH HAS NO IDEA WHAT TO DO TO FIX IT!!! MY HUSBAND DOES AND TRIED EXPLAINING IT TO DEAF EARS......HORRIBLE

Crazy to see how many reviews about a terrible driver. Just had same experience on RT 120, Lebanon NH. Truck 122. Incredibly rude driver! Sped up to block cars from merging.

Today my wife was nearly forced into a guardrail trying to avoid being hit! Truck #163 off rt16 northbound taking the east Rochester exit around 2:35pm.
She saw him coming up the fast lane in her rear view mirror doing at least 90 in the fast lane, then he proceeded to cut across all three lanes which also had cars he cut in front of, and then cut her off as she was trying to exit rt.16 nearly missing the exit guard rail on his left! what kind of a person does that? Extremely dangerous and reckless! Considering the amount of complaints you have about your drivers as a company you should consider reviewing who you have behind the wheel.

If zero stars were an option, I would select it. We have been without heat for nearly two weeks during the coldest time of the year. Four different technicians were sent out, none of whom were able to diagnose the issue. On the fifth visit, a technician determined that a specific part was required.

We were informed that the part would arrive on Wednesday (today). This morning, we were told the part had arrived yesterday and that repairs would be completed today. Shortly after, we received another call stating that the part had not arrived and that service would be further delayed.

The lack of communication has been extremely poor, and it is frustrating that an HVAC company required five service visits to identify the problem. This experience has been unacceptable.

One of their drivers almost caused a fatal accident on the highway. Male in his 30s with bears and orangey lens sunglasses was coming off an exit onto 93. Driver was apparently impatient and cut across the lane so hard he hit the grassy median and popped up onto the highway, right behind me. He missed my rear bumper by inches. After riding the rear of my vehicle he cut off another vehicle after changing lanes and when the vehicle beeped he gave the driver the finger. Disturbing behavior from someone driving such a large truck. Reading their old reviews, this is obvious a very common issue with their company. Denron Halls statement is clear; we do not care about your life, and we are more than happy to put your life at risk in order to get to our destination slightly quicker.

Denron Halls drivers must do better. They are a danger to themselves and others

Jordan serviced my house. He was a pleasure to work with. He was very knowledgeable, he explained everything down to a tee on what could be wrong and how he would figure out the problem. He figured it out very quickly and was completely up front with pricing and exactly what he needed to do to fix the issue. Signing up for the membership was definitely worth it for the discounts, that you can use the same day. Would use them again for sure

This is an excellent company! Mark Halle installed two new toilets for me. He really knew what he was doing. He was also very careful and clean. (He wore booties over his shoes so he wouldn't track dirt in.) The toilets and bathrooms were clean and really for use when he finished.

We had a complete kitchen remodel, Ryder did all of the plumbing work, including kickspace heaters. They were all professional and took pride in their work. Can’t compliment them enough, I highly recommend Ryder Plumbing for your plumbing work.

Called and got answers to an issue for a leaking sink. Twins Plumbing was able to get here fast, and the problem was repaired that day. The team was courteous and professional. They replaced some deteriorating pipes and removed all debris. Will use them again!

We have a basement in-law suite with a below floor waste pump that failed. Shannon from Twins showed up the next morning and spent the entire day dealing with the worst mess you could imagine. She kept me informed and took care of the situation. We are extremely satisfied with the response, the work-womanship and the professionalism. Highly recommended! Thanks for a great job.
