I had 3 a/c units installed at my house and 2 at my office by these guys. They had no issues with the installation. The problem is they will not service them once installed. They say they don’t have any technicians available to service and that it will be weeks if not months to get service. They won’t schedule it and just say someone will call it tech happens to be free in your area. So we have one a/c unit currently not working that they won’t service.
I had Seeley Plumbing Heating install a geothermal unit in 2011 the install was great no problems with the install or the quality of the product or work. Then came time to service the unit. The refuse to service what they install. Keep telling me they had no one to send they were too busy. Now mind yoy this is a Geothermal so it wasn't a run of the mill HVAC and was not cheep. Gave them over two months to respond. When I asked to speak with the owner on two occasions they told me he was on vacation. Had to have another company come repair the unit.
