Very happy with the work and service I received. Got a same day appointment and they fixed the leak for a reasonable price. Plumbers were thorough, neat, and explained their work. I would definitely use them again.

Very nice guys to do our reconnect. A lot of $ for a small job tho. Plus us and the seller only wanted the injector plugged per loan officer/ Va. But they were prop and ALWAYS stayed in touch. Will next get a quote for show and sink remodel

Craig and Zac did a quick, excellent update for our refrigerator water lines. They explained what they did and cleaned up after their repair. I feel very comfortable with Sheehan Connection LLC for a few reasons. Anytime I have had a concern, they have come right out to help. Also, they send a text message with a photo of the service person so you feel safe answering the door. Thank you Sheehan Connection and Craig and Zac.

I called to get information about having an outdoor water access for my horse and donkeys. Gillian was very helpful in setting up an appointment with Joe who came out to our house very quickly. When he arrived he also was very pleasant and informative. After giving us a quote to achieve our wishes we approved his plan and will be going forward very soon. So far I am very pleased with my experience with Sheehan Connection!!!!

This is difficult to rate. The service was excellent. However, I do feel that a $295.00 service fee is outrageous. You did have 2 guys, I think you were training the younger gentleman. It was not a 2 man job so the additional person was not needed and I shouldn't have to pay for the training of any employee. I'm sorry, but if your service fee is that much you are not a service we will be able to use. Our part was $10.00. You replaced the nut and bolt inside the toilet tank. Our bill was $325.59. I don't even think you were here for half an hour. Good luck to your company in the future with those prices. I wish you the best. Again, service is awesome, but your company needs to reevaluate your fees. Thank you for asking.

Sheehan plumbing came to fix my toilet that had a pressure system. The tank would not pressurize or flush. When the tech came out on site he communicated very little and began work (about an hour in total). After the repair, the tech told me there was a leaky valve, not allowing the tank to pressurize correctly. He was able to get the toilet to flush, but stated it was an old system and had other problems that needed to be addressed eventually (pinhole leak in the bladder) and would follow up with another quote.

Unfortunately, the fix ONLY lasted 5 hours and failed (before the 2nd quote came in). While I was disappointed, I wanted to work with them to resolve the issue in good faith. They did offer a small credit of $160 toward the new repair. However, I thought the new quote was very high even with a so called discount, so I decided to do the work myself over the weekend. After I replaced the toilet, I contacted them about the initial repair cost ($325). I felt I shouldn't have to pay based on the fact they didn't actually fix anything in retrospect. Let's face it, a fix that lasts "5 hours", is not legitimate under ANY circumstance. I know it's unfair to both parties. I called and stated my case, and in good faith offered to pay half of the service cost. The owner flat out refused. At this point, I am thinking, "am I really paying $325 for absolutely nothing"?

I kept trying to find middle ground with the owner. His tech was only here for about an hour. He stood firm and rejected any offer I made. I told him I had no recourse but to write a google review reflective of the situation (bad). His response was "go ahead"! So here I am. I paid $325 for absolutely NOTHING. Offered to find middle ground, but the $325 was more important that retaining a potential customer.

Your rate of $398 plus tax to replace and caulk a toilet O ring is outrageous. Won’t be using you again.

We have used Sheehan Connection since 1996. We have never been disappointed with the service!! We couldn't ask for a better plumber! The cost was phenomenal! MUCH lower than I ever expected! After purchasing my home, I was recommended Sheehan Plumbing by my realtor to have the pipes inspected and to get some advice and estimates for necessary work. I scheduled a visit, but unfortunately, an unexpected power loss occurred just before their arrival, preventing the inspection from taking place.

Following this, I received an unexpected invoice via email for $500, and when I reviewed the billing, I noticed I was being charged for camera work that had not been completed. This prompted me to call the company to request that they come back and perform the work that wasn’t done.

To my surprise, they charged me an additional $299 for this second visit, bringing the total bill for both visits to $799. It's important to note that this was merely for inspection and advice, with no repairs actually made. Additionally, I asked for an estimate on a malfunctioning garbage disposal and received a quote of over $700 for replacement, which I also find to be quite high.

Although I was initially inclined to follow my realtor's advice and stick with this plumbing company, I now feel quite cheated. As a result, I will need to seek estimates from other companies for my plumbing needs moving forward.

Zach was quick, efficient with replacing a water heater pipe. Sheehan Connection responded very quickly, provided a good estimate, suggested remedy and then follow through. Highly recommend.

I just want to follow up on my review from yesterday, the owner contacted me personally and apologized and has attempted to make things right. There was a miscommunication with the price of the garbage disposal. The price that she quoted me over the phone just now was much more reasonable. I am satisfied with the customer service I have received today regarding what happened yesterday. I am open to using this company again after talking to her today.

Sheehan Connection replaced a failing interior cast‑iron sewer line in my South Philly townhome, and the experience was excellent from start to finish. The owner gave a clear, honest estimate and explained the scope in a way that made sense. The crew showed up on time, worked efficiently, and handled a tough concrete‑and‑cast‑iron job with real skill. They kept the work area clean, protected the surrounding space, and the final PVC installation and concrete patch look great. This was a stressful leak for me, and they resolved it in one day with professionalism and care. I’m very grateful for the quality of their work and would absolutely recommend them.
