ThermoCool (and specifically Chuck) is incredible. Professional, intelligent but more importantly polite and with amazing customer service. They easily stand above every other company we've had out to our house to quote, work or inspect a number of systems we've needed to fix or improve since purchasing a little over a year ago. Highly recommended, and will only be utilizing them for everything they offer moving forward!

All three technicians (including an apprentice) were extremely professional and respectful. They explained the exact problem and solution as well as answered my questions. There were 2 service appointments: the first to diagnose the problem and perform a temporary fix and the second to complete the permanent fix. Both were fast!

Could not have had a worse experience with ThermoCool. Paid upwards of 25,000 for an install in 2021. We have two units under warranty. We had one issue in 2023 where we realized their exorbitant charges for repair; but the service went well. Cut to 2024 the computer on one of our two brand new units went; we call ThermoCool since it is under warranty. They came and charged an hour of labor to diagnose, and needed to come back since they did not have the part. About a week later (in summer heat) they came for a total of 25 minutes and charged two hours for labor. Apparently they charge labor starting the second they start their engines and drive to your home, and also charge labor for any distance they have to drive to pick up the part. Not only did we pay more than the initial quote, we paid over $400 for less than 45 minutes of work. Stay FAR AWAY from this company for service. Would give 0 stars if possible. Tried to fight the charge with the owner and was given 0 wiggle room. Again, STAY AWAY.

I spent an outrageous $25k on a brand-new HVAC system from Thermocool less than 3.5 years ago, trusting their so-called “reputation” justified the steep price. Unfortunately, they’ve become a prime example of a company that’s all about the money and nothing about standing behind their work.

I foolishly paid $800 EXTRA for two years of maintenance plans, which turned out to be a total waste. Since my system was still under a 5-year warranty, I expected coverage for any warranty work. Instead, Thermocool decided to milk me for even more cash. My first encounter with their incompetence was last year when Kelly promised to fix a broken bolt on my motor if I purchased the warranty plan. Instead, I ended up with an extra $338 bill. They only corrected this after I provided email proof of our agreement, but it was a hassle I should never have had to deal with.

Things took a turn for the worse last week. My second-story unit, just 3.5 years old, stopped working. Thermocool sent Dylan and the owner’s son, who took their time inspecting the problem. They diagnosed a bad blower motor but didn’t have the part in stock. I was charged $264 for their inspection. They finally returned a week later in the sweltering heat, and despite claiming the job would take 20 minutes, they billed me $422 this time, including tax. Their original quote after I paid $264 for the diagnosis was $396 for two hours of work—not 20 minutes of work! I even asked Dylan to check the outside condenser, which is how I identified the issue due to the rattling noise, but he assured me it was “fine.” When I tried to negotiate the bill and asked if the owner’s son could help, they had the nerve to tell me I could only get a reduced rate if I purchased another pointless $400 warranty plan.

For a warranty claim covered by Carrier and where I was only paying for "labor", I was charged $700 for them to be here barely over one hour, including the majority of the time diagnosing the problem. This $700 breaks down to an included $100 service fee, $400 for their time driving here twice and going to the next job twice (aren't they already charging this to the next customer?), and $200 for the actual work. I would have saved $350 if they had simply had the part in the van initially; instead, their $198/hour LABOR fee, including driving around and picking up the part, made me pay double. I even reviewed Ring footage and text messages announcing when they were en route and finished to verify their timing.

In summary, I would rather sleep outside in 95 degree weather before calling Thermocool again, even though I am still under the manufacturer warranty from the complete $25k HVAC system they installed.

Dave was thorough, and professional. He explained what he found in the inspection and all the options available. I have always had great service and a great experience with Thermo-Cool!

Excellent notification system so we know exactly when on their way! The technician (Dylan) is professional, friendly and answers all of my questions.

Our air conditioning went down right after we brought our new born baby home. Dylan was able to help us get our AC back up and running within no time. Dylan and the Thermocool team are second to none and we always appreciate their quick can speedy service!

Thermocool was recommended to me and they have been great. Angelo and Dylan both came to my home this summer and were very respectful and informative. I had a lot of questions as a first time homeowner and they were patient and kind. I paid for a service agreement (I haven't signed anything yet, but paid?) and do not regret my decision. It can be hard to find a reputable company and I will gladly have Thermocool service my home throughout the seasons. Thanks!!

we had purchased our home. The ladies in the office are very helpful and knowledgeable. They are the kindest. The service technician's have been friendly, outstanding, professional and very happy to answer all of your questions. And if i may add they never leave a mess. This is the only company i will hire. I just wish i could find more reliable businesses like Thermocool. I have not been happier. Thank you

Dylan was out to our home for a service call. We were blown away by how personable he is as well as his in depth knowledge of our home’s system. He explained everything to us every step of the way and ensured we were 100% satisfied before heading out. Couldn’t recommend this team enough

I love having thermal for our air conditioning and heating units. We had an issue yesterday called Kenny early in the morning, he answered and assured me not to worry that they will get to me today . He had me call the office spoke with Kelly and service was done on the same day very speedy very thorough. They were both extremely knowledgeable and courteous, and just wonderful to speak to. Accurate excellent job we will be adding our yearly maintenance for them to take care of our home in the future, highly recommend.

Awesome company to deal with! Chuck was fantastic to deal with, he took care of everything we needed as our hvac system was in desperate need of a replacement. Bill did a great job with the design of our new system. Technicians were impressive with the level of detail during install, system looks amazing and runs amazing. They make all their own ductwork in house, adding to that high end touch most other hvac companies cannot provide. Would recommend 10/10 times. So glad to have found such a fantastic company, I know I can rest easy with thermocool.

We got three quotes. Thermocool’s pricing was very competitive. Luis, who came out and quoted the job was very knowledgeable and honest.

He also did the install along with a few other great guys.

Jacqueline in the office was super helpful and responsive and explained all the different pricing options. We are extremely satisfied and would highly recommend thermal cool for your HVAC needs- 5 stars!!
