Ryan did an excellent job today. He explained what he did & that the HVAC system was in good shape for the winter.

We had our ac stop working the other day and put a call in for thermocool and they were able to come out several hours later. We got Ryan who was extremely helpful and kept us informed throughout the whole process what the issue was and what he was going to do to fix the issue. He explained everything in great detail and was awesome to work with. I was expecting a company to come over and tell us all the things wrong with our old system but Ryan was reassuring and explained how everything was operating. Thank you again Ryan!

Ryan was on time. Worked neatly with respect for the home and us. Great guy. Showed me the filter and replaced it, checked every thing out. Did a great job.

I had my HVAC system replaced with ThermoCool about a year ago and they did an excellent job. Chuck Huntsinger in particular has been amazing. Recently I had an issue with a gas like smell in my house. Chuck actually came out at 8 pm on a Friday night to assess the smell. Luckily it was not the HVAC system. It was an unrelated problem. I don’t know anyone who would have done what he did . Thank you, Chuck, for being the Best!!

Highly recommend ThermoCool. They are very prompt in getting back with their clients and setting up convenient appointments. Any issues that I've had they're quick to fix.

Had an issue with the heater and called today and ThermoCool had someone in the area. They offer an annual package which I signed up for and Dylan, the technician, was able to quickly identify the issue and fix. Pricing was very reasonable for the annual plan and the quick service. Highly recommend!

The gentleman that came today to my home to repair my heating system was very knowledgeable professional and well-mannered. They took the time and listened to all my concerns and answered all my questions. As a senior citizen that worked in the trades to see two talented young men servicing the community was a pleasure to see.

I tried not to leave this review, but after almost 2 weeks I unfortunately have to.
My AC stopped working on Sunday 8/17 and I called for service. Over the phone the technician said that since it's a weekend there would be a trip fee of $119 then their hourly service fee is $198. He then said if there is a part that is needed then there would be no service fee. So I agreed.
It ended up being a fuse that needed to be replaced, but the tech said he needed to check a few other things first. Then when he finished he said showed me the bill and there was an additional charge of $99. I questioned it and he said because he had to check something there was a 30 minute service fee charge. So I just paid it to be done.
After he left I went to my backyard deck with my 2 year old daughter and noticed the railing that went around the AC unit was broken. My deck is built around my AC unit and it isn't easy to access it. So I had a box for the technician to step on. He must have stepped on the bottom of the deck rail instead or by accident. I took photos of the damage and sent it to the technician asking to be contacted.
He responded that a manager would reach out to me.
The next day someone called and came out in the morning to look at it. I then didn't get a follow up call until the following day and he stated that basically it was already damaged and they couldn't do anything. Which is a complete lie and unacceptable. I have a 2 year old that plays on the deck and don't want her to fall in.
I will never use their service and as a Realtor in the area will no longer refer people to them
