2 stars because they came out. Brandon is rude, poor attitude, arrogant . NEVER AGAIN. I'm sure othersin this company are nice based on reviews, but he is bad representation of this company.

I can not say enough about this company. John and his son Pat were terrific!! Had a problem with my septic. They explained everything that needed to be done. They went above and beyond. Will not use another company.

John and his son are real down to earth people who don't push bs stuff you don't need and do not use any gimmicks to attract you like so mothers are. They show up when you want, tell you what is needed, how much cost will be and complete the work in a timely professional manner so you can get back to your normal day to day. Wish more people took pride in their work like these guys do.

John and Pat just left my house after spending hours here on a major issue with my plumbing. They were extremely thorough and explained everything step by step to me. They also tolerated all 1000+ questions I had lol I am extremely grateful for them!

John Miller and his Son Pat have been my Plumbers for years. Never have to wait very long. They are always kind and courteous. John came out this morning to unfreeze my pipes that froze in this artic weather. Poor John had to crawl thur the crawlspace under the kitchen which was FREEZING to thaw and insulate the pipes. The service was exceptionally prompt. The office staff were very helpful trying to solve the problem remotely. The repairman was very friendly and explained what he was doing. He was very knowledgeable and found the problem, which was a subtle one. He ordered the part needed. I am very happy with the service.

Angelo and ThermoCool are the gold standard for HVAC needs. He was able to accommodate an emergency AC issue and was very responsive. He arrived on time, with text reminders sent for arrival time. Technician Dylan was extremely friendly and professional. He arrived early in our appointment window, which was nice, and he was thorough and efficient.

Dylan and Walter did a quick fix for a furnace door switch. Learned something new to look out for. And Kelly in the office was terrific in getting someone out here before the day was done! Thanks to all.

----->I have waited a year to post this because we had a new system installed and I wanted to see if there were any issues before just reviewing these guys based on charisma (5/5)....

We bought an old house and had the HVAC system removed and a Mitsubishi Mini Split system installed.
Chuck explained everything and answered any question that we came up with, took photos of us pointing to where we wanted the units to go so that there were no miscommunications, and facilitated a speedy overhaul.
The units work exactly as described, there have been no surprises, and would recommend the changeover AND ThermoCool to anyone who will listen.

PS- It's getting cold now, and I really like being able to control how warm each room gets. I can crank up the bathroom before I take a shower, and immediately feel the warmth.... and leave the spare bedroom on low. Such an excellent system. No regrets.

When we called to make an appointment Jen was very helpful with coordinating a date for us quickly. She was very responsive to our urgent necessity and scheduled Bob to come see us the next day. Bob was able to assess our problems and report back the next day with the proper piece to fix our heater. Thank you so much!!!

They installed a system on my new construction home. After the first summer there was no Freon and it was blowing hot air. They came out and charged me $400 for Freon and sent someone else out to check for leaks multiple times. They then claimed leak was fixed and when they serviced it this spring there was no Freon again so still a leak which they could not find. I have now contracted a different hvac company and they found the leak. I will have to pay them for fixing it. Customer service is not their strong point especially with this being a brand new system they were contracted by the builder not me to install properly.

I've used ThermoCool twice now within the last year for HVAC and AC. It was a pleasant experience each time - from getting the service appointment scheduled to the contractor coming out and providing the requested service.

Both Angelo and Bob were very professional, honest, and pleasant. I appreciated the repairs they performed on my HVAC system last November. Angelo told me about the maintenance contract that they have, which helped save me some money on the repairs I needed. The maintenance was a bonus, which came in handy in June when my AC system was starting to act up due to the condensate pump being overworked. It turned out that it just needed to be cleaned. I was really glad that I had signed up for the maintenance service.

ThermoCool is a wonderful company and I would recommend and use them again. Thank you!
