Excellent service, the team was able to arrive before my appointment which I appreciated. They were thorough and able to get rid of some tough messes in certain parts of the apartment. They were also very polite, and Erik was also great with communication. I would highly recommend and will use again for my cleaning needs.

My initial experience with Shine On cleaning services was exceptional, and I wholeheartedly recommend their services. The move-out cleaning, encompassing a thorough top-to-bottom apartment cleaning, was completed flawlessly and on schedule. The team's work was impeccable; kitchen appliances appeared brand new, bathroom was spotless, and hardwood floors were restored to a pristine, newly installed condition.

First time using a cleaning service and they did a great job. I did a deep clean and the place is sparkling and smells great. Would def use again.

I was there to buy simple stuff but i liked a grill outside so after i paid it I wait for some associate to take out the chain so i can grab it but before this i had to wait 25 min because the lazy blonde manager doesnt want to help i dont even know her name but it was a blonde heave set lady which she saw us waiting standing up 25 min for her to decide to help us she just didnt care as a manager you are terrible you dont have even a little of customer service dont deserve to work in customer service in general you are terrible

Wanted over 30mins for someone to open the paint section l. I even called over the phone no response at all . The employee just walked around the worst of the worst

I understand now why the low ratings. They have police in the store ready because of the many issues here. Customer service was a joke. Very rude irritated co-workers. I just returned something from an online order and got out asap. People don't care pushing their carts all up on you. Strong first impressions. Nope not again.
