Rude and unprofessional.
I called to inquire about Area rug cleaning. And the person who spoke to me on call was extremely rude and unprofessional and cut the call after just saying ‘No.’ So yes while they did not provide a service (thankfully) the initial behavior itself was so awful and off putting that I would not recommend involving this company with any services you require.

The team did an amazing job. I cannot say enough how pleased I am with the services they provided. The staff was courteous, professional and thorough. I will definitely be utilizing them again.

I received the worst deep cleaning from this company today. The woman didn't even bring adequate supplies. How do you show up for a deep cleaning with no broom, sponges or proper vacuum? She didn't mop, left streaks on the windows and did not even clean the bath tub. She had not 1 clorox wipe, nothing but a dirty rag and napkins. She definitely did not spend enough time or attention to detail for this to be considered a deep cleaning. I would never recommend this company to anyone. The other (68) 5 star recommendations must be fake. What a joke.

Melissa cleaned my apartment in Hoboken today for a move-in clean. The apartment was very dusty and the kitchen and bathroom needed to be scrubbed. She did a fantastic job. My apartment is now spotless and even smells amazing. Can't wait for her to come back for a regular cleaning!

Had some emergency pet mess that was causing a deep smell in the house and they got rid of it. The cleaning solutions they used had a nice citrus and fresh scent, was worried it would be a heavy and harsh smell but it was actually very pleasant and safe for my cats.

Will be using their services again and hope to see their presence grow in Jersey, love to support a local business that also cares about their product and services
