Shine On Cleaning Services did an outstanding job on my new apartment & got it into "move in ready" condition...floors & cabinets cleaned, rugs vacuumed, kichen & bathroom sparkling! This company's customer service was very responsive. I was able to speak with Erik and set up an appointment immediately for my mom's new apartment to get cleaned next day. They came in on time and took care of her, and the work was impeccable. This is words directly from my mom's mouth,as she lived in a brand new townhouse before and she wanted her new place to feel brand new. They made her feel at ease through a difficult transition. I recently had Shine On Cleaning do a major deep clean. Erik was extremely quick and responsive in his communication throughout the whole process, from initial interest, to giving a detailed quote, to booking and sending reminders, and finally making sure the job was completed satisfactorily. When I had questions he was a quick text message/call away. His team was extremely communicative as well, calling to let me know their estimated arrival and constantly checking in if they had questions or wanted to make sure each room was cleaned to my liking. It was a large job, but they were fantastic; everyone who saw the space after the cleaning was completed was very impressed!
