Reviews of local pros in Berkeley Heights, New Jersey

Excellent repair work on Persian rugs. Also clean and deliver including furniture movement. John and Samantha were great.

Dropped off rug to be cleaned and pet deoderizer. Picked up rug and unrolled it. Strong pet smell odor. Reached out by phone and email. Myself and then husband. No response to request for possible re-cleaning. Very disappointed and service was expensive

They repaired the tassels on the rug at no charge! Rug looks brand new and had no aroma of cleaning products when it was returned. Great service too.

We've been using Bedrosian for over 15 years and they do an excellent job. They use child and pet friendly cleaning products. They are the only company that I trust!

Excellent experience from start to finish. Pick up and drop off both on time. The puppy had done a number on the rugs and they came back smelling fresh and looking clean. Highly recommend!

Our area rugs look fantastic thanks to Bedrosian’s! They were picked up, cleaned and reinstalled as promised.
First class job all the way!
Highly recommended!

Bedrosian Carpet Cleaning is the best! The crew was professional and the rugs look good as new. They were very responsive in scheduling the appointment and we will definitely use them again!

We had a flood in our basement because of the remnants of Ida and the outdoor pool overflowing into our basement. Our area rugs were saturated and needed to be removed asap. I called Bedrosian and they arrived the same day of my call with an extractor truck to remove the water from the rugs and pads before they could be picked up and removed for cleaning, etc. Outstanding service from an outstanding company and my wife and I would recommend no other company in the area for your carpeting/cleaning needs, especially of oriental rugs of value. The help who arrived at our house, on this occasion and in the past, bar none, the absolute best.

I called Bedrosian to pick up 3 rugs that had pet stains and smells. They sent a crew out to my house the same day for pick up and they cleaned the rugs and delivered them back a week later. My rugs smell great, the crew was friendly, and the process was easy. I will use them again

I used Bedrosian Industries to clean my oriental rugs. Excellent service, professional staff and goes above and beyond to meet the needs to the client. Highly recommend this service!

The company was very responsive, gave us all the information we needed, and had very competitive pricing.

The people who helped pick up and then drop off the rugs were wonderful! They moved the furniture, placed the rugs and padding, and put the furniture back. The rugs look great and we didn’t have to move stuff around at all!

The carpets needed repair and cleaning. Bedrosian picked up the rugs, professionally repaired and cleaned them and returned them to me. One rug was worn in one area but they repaired it so well that it is seamless. The rugs looked brighter. Everyone was professional. I highly recommend Bedrosian Rugs.

My family has been using Bedrosian for years. My dog had an accident on our rug I called and they came in picked up my rug and delivered it back looking and smelling like new. Pet stain was completely removed. They truly are the best.

Excellent experience. Picked up three area carpets. Two gentlemen came to pic up. Moved heavy furniture to roll up rugs. Friendly. On time. Were experienced. We asked they hold the rugs and their warehouse since we had an ongoing home improvement project. No problem. Happy to do at no cost. When we were ready called them. Scheduled delivery with quick turnaround. 25 year old area rugs look brand new! Never cleaned before. Amazing work. Delivery perfect. Put down rugs including new under-padding. Moved furniture again etc. Could not be more pleased. 5 stars

Bedrosian is a pleasure to work with. Their staff is knowledgable, and they are quick to respond to any questions. Their work is wonderful - they did a beautiful job cleaning and restoring my vintage area rugs. I recommend them highly.

I’ve been a customer of Bedrosian for over 15 years and they do a wonderful job! They’re staff is extremely professional. They’ve cleaned my sofa in the past as well as area rugs and staircase which has a peach color carpeting. I highly recommend them.

Bedrosian cleaned an large antique area rug and did a fabulous job. Pick up couldn't have been easier, and the men who delivered the cleaned carpet moved furniture etc and made sure that the rug was exactly where we wanted it before we left. They were very nice and helpful - couldn't have asked for better service!

We have used Bedrosian carpet cleaning services for many years. They do a great job on all types of rugs. We have had antique rugs cleaned as well as our carpets and they are meticulous with both. I highly recommend their services.

I’ve been coming to Bedrosian's for about ten years— It’s a family business and it shows.. Each time I get expert cleaning and advice on my rugs, excellent craftsmanship on repairs, fair prices and prompt, personable attention. They more than stand behind their work and go the extra mile for customer satisfaction. I am happy to recommend Bedrosian.

Bedrosian exceeded our expectations from the initial phone call through pick up, the cleaning process, recommendations, and on to an incredible professional experience when the rigs were delivered and reinstalled. I could not have been happier. They are a great firm and have wonderful client services.

Bedrosian provides informed, personable, high-quality service. Since we started using them some years ago, they have now cleaned all of the Oriental rugs in our home, and we have never been less than fully satisfied with their work! Everyone who answers the phone is informed, pleasant, and helpful; they have been providing contactless drop off during the pandemic at their shop: the work is ready when they say it will be ready; and the results are uniformly terrific!

The carpets are well wrapped and ready for transport, and once you roll them out on your floor, they smell terrific and were thoroughly dried. I can’t say enough good about the people and service in Bedtosian!
