I have used the services of Bedrosian's for years.....cleaning valuable family rugs. I recently used them to clean several couches.
Lastly, I had a beautiful, very old oriental rug that had moth damage.......they cleaned and repaired it beautifully.

They are competent, easy to work with, fairly priced - and in my opinion....the best in the business!!

I had a Chinese area rug picked up on August 18, 2023 for cleaning. I was told by the delivery men that I would be receiving a call shortly once the rug was in the shop. No one called me and my credit card was charged immediately. After 1 week passed I called up to check as to the status and a man there told me that they had to run the rug through another cleaning to get out the soiled areas. He gave me a delivery date of 8/31/23. The workers delivered my rug and it looked like nothing was done. All the stains were left and now some lighter patches appeared on the rug that weren't there before. I called and spoke to a woman letting her know how unhappy I was. I informed her no one called me to tell me the rug couldn't be cleaned as I expected and I was told she sent me an email which I never received. So she sent me the email again. I was told this is how the do business now even though in the past when I had it cleaned I was called. She said this was the best they could do with a 60 year old rug. I told her I purchased the rug brand new in their store in the 1990's. She told me it was a new rug but it was made in the 1970's. This sounded very strange. I told her no one told me this when I purchased the rug and paid $3,000 for it. She then asked what I wanted done? I said for them to pick up the rug and dispose of it. She said that couldn't be done that it was too expensive for them to send someone out and dispose of it. She said the rug was sanitized and fresh smelling and I said I didn't care how the rug smelled that it was still dirty. She asked what I wanted done and I asked to be reimbursed for half of what I paid to clean the rug. She said she would put through a credit on my card for half of what I paid immediately. In checking my credit card nothing has been put through yet, and I didn't received an email confirmation either. I've been calling to find out what happened to my credit and I cannot get a live person to answer the phone now.

I highly recommend Bedrosian. They were courteous, accommodating, and professional. Their friendly staff made the entire experience stress-free. Great to know that they do all area rug cleaning on site in their own facility. Will always use them!

Bedrosian is absolutely fabulous to work with! I had 4 Oriental rugs that needed cleaning and had dog urine stains on them. Someone recommended Bedrosian, and I am so glad they did!! Stephanie took my initial call. She was delightful and knowledgeable. Email confirming the quote came within 24 hours of Bedrosian picking up all the rugs. The price was incredible in comparison to other vendors I had contacted. The gentlemen returning the rugs were great too. I had a few pieces of furniture that needed to be moved and they were more than helpful. The rugs look absolutely amazing!!! What an amazing difference!. Thank you Bedrosian! You'll be hearing from me in the near future about carpet and upholstery cleaning.

They took my 30+ yr. Old rug and made it brand new! Their cleaning and grooming of my cherished rug made me believe that there are still some who care about the work they do.

I had a houseful of rugs that hadn't been cleaned in far too long. I contacted Bedrosian and the people I spoke with (mainly Samantha and John) were completely up front about the costs, they were responsive to my questions, and they were all around very easy to work with.

I do not have expensive rugs: I have kids and a dog, and I go for practical during this stage of life. It didn't matter, Bedrosian treated me as if I had a house full of fine antique rugs. They sent a courteous and professional crew to remove the rugs and take them to their location, and I didn't have to do a thing: they moved the furniture, rolled up the rugs, and out the door the rugs went. This was a far more professional and thorough experience than any rug cleaning I've ever experienced. Frankly, it's the best service of any kind I have received in years.

The pricing per rug was reasonable. If you are used to someone coming in and cleaning your rugs on the spot, you might find the prices with Bedrosian higher than you're used to, but for this level of cleaning and care, it's totally worth it. They inspected the carpets, fixed backings that were coming loose, removed stains, and provided details all along the way. Then, they rolled the dry rugs for storage, which was important to me as I didn't need to use all of the rugs when they came back to me. Now I can store the unused rugs without worry of dirt or insects.

Something else to know, they will custom cut rug pads in-house so they fit on the first try, so if you're in need of new rug pads that actually fit, they're the ones to call. They will also store rugs at their location if you need them to, for a very reasonable price.

Very honest people. I was told it would be cheaper to buy a new rug. However, it was the rug from my mother in-law's piano room. It was explained that it might not be perfect and that didn't matter to me. I'm a very satisfied customer and my daughter loves it.

I had a very poor experience with this company. They may still clean carpets well, but I found dealing with them for a customer service issue was truly disappointing. . Calls were never returned and charges were made to my credit card any without prior notification. I’d never go back or recommend them.

Bedrosian cleaned two rugs for me and they look brand new. The colors had dulled so I thought they were faded. After being cleaned they are vibrant. I highly recommend them and will use them again. They were very accommodating, easy to work with and fairly priced. Thank you Bedrosian!

I was very pleased with the service. The guys were on time, explained what the process will be, and after checking everything, provided me with an estimated time to complete the job. They were very considerate of my home. Took their shoes off, covered all surfaces under the vents, vacuumed everything after they were done. They cleaned ducts, 2 dryers, and two bathrooms vents, and it def made a difference with dust levels in the house, and the dryers' performance.
I cannot stress enough that the house was perfectly clean after they were gone. As a homeowner who constantly has different small jobs done in the house, I know how much cleaning is involved after the project is done and the electrcian/plumber/contractor is gone. But not this time. They left the house spotless.
The prices were also very competitive/affordable.

I had a great experience with B&W Window Cleaning, LLC. They were professional, on time, and paid attention to every detail. My windows came out spotless honestly looked brand new.
