We have been using Majestic for years and I cannot say enough good things about them. Carmen and his family are wonderful people with a fantastic work ethic. We've had everything from carpets, couches, and tile cleaned. Julio came to my house today, with one day's notice, to clean the carpet in my son's room. I only needed one spot done, but he cleaned the entire rug for me. He is so kind and friendly, as is everyone at Majestic!

This company is great. I called on Friday to ask for a carpet clean on Saturday and they were able to help me. . Julio came early , polite professional and the carpet looks the best it ever! I had other companies over the past years and it never looked this clean and the fresh sent is great .I was so pleased with the areas that were stained I asked if I could book next year!! Great job. I called Majestic bc my regular person was not available. I didn’t expect anyone to answer but to my surprise they did and immediately accommodated my request for an appointment with less than 48 hours notice. The customer service that I received was outstanding and the carpet cleaning was top tier. I highly recommend Majestic and will not hesitate to use them again.

I have been using Majestic for over 20 years since I've owned a home and refer them to EVERYBODY. They never disappoint, and if for whatever reason you're not satisfied they come back and make it right no questions asked. It's a family owned business with extended family who work for them, they make everyone feel like family, literally the nicest family ever. Carmen, Eric, Julio, and everyone else I encountered were absolutely amazing. I spilled black paint on my white carpet and Julio got on his hands and knees and scrubbed it out! Once you go Majestic you NEVER go back!

I’m not sure how anyone could give this company less than 5 stars. I recently bought a new home and had no interest in replacing almost 1000 sq.ft. of carpet so I figured I would try to get it cleaned first. Carmen was more than accommodating and made my appointment for the same day I was moving in. Julio was on time, professional and very knowledgeable. The work was top notch and amazingly thorough. Also can we talk about the “carpet lines”, pure art. I will be using them again if I have cleaning needs. This is some of the best cleaning I’ve ever seen. Thank you Carmen and Julio, you saved me a fortune on carpet!!!

I got their number from a co-worker who used them and she was very pleased with the service. So I thought I would give them a try. They told me they would be there between 9 and 10 am. They called me at 8:30 saying they would be there by 9. Eric and Julio were wonderful. They were professional and very pleasant. They did a great job cleaning my furniture and the basement smelled phenomenal. The sofa and chairs looked like new. I would highly recommend them to anyone and I would use them again ( I would ask for Eric and Julio again too).

Majestic Maintenance did a fantastic job on our carpets! They showed up promptly and worked quickly and efficiently. When we moved into our home 12 years ago, we kept the existing carpets, so they have definitely taken many years of abuse, especially from our pets and children. They now look brand new again. Every stain (and there were many) is gone, and they look and smell so fresh and clean. We would highly recommend them!

Julio was great for Majestic. We had two rooms, a hallway, staircase and a sectional sofa. He addressed concerns about stains and even vacuumed two extra rugs for us! I would choice Majestic again.

I had Majestic maintenance come and clean my carpets and let me just tell you I was not disappointed! The cleaning process itself was done in a timely Manner, but thorough, and the results were outstanding. My carpets look vibrant, feel fresh, and have a noticeable softness to them.
They arrived on time, fully equipped, and took the time to thoroughly assess the condition of my carpets before beginning the cleaning process.

This company cleaned the dryer vent at my condo this week. I was not home, so I put a lot of trust in them. My clothes are drying in half the time they were before! This company did a quality job and I wasn’t even home! I will be using them again! Pricing was also very fair!

About a month ago, I booked a service with Majestic for the first time ever and was not disappointed at all! I had a carpet cleaning done by Julio and he was absolutely excellent! He was very kind to my family while he was in our home and did an amazing job. Will be booking with them again in the future.

I called Majestic to get my two area rugs & grout cleaned and sealed. They were amazing!! Gina got me on the schedule right away. My rugs look better than when I bought them 😆. The employee who came to deliver the rugs and clean the grout was so nice and did an amazing job. I would recommend Majestic to anyone looking for a reputable family owned business who is all about customer satisfaction & quality work!
