I just had my roof cleaned. My mold resistant shingles were full of mold. Chris did a great job. I highly recommend this company.

Chris arrived with his helper Pat and both went straight to work. Very pleasant and professional. I was asked if I had any questions, in which I had none. The contract said it all what was to be done. The day was cold and windy, but you would have never known that from their behavior. As I stated they were pleasant and did a beautiful job. We had a new imground pool and concrete patio installed last year. The siding was very dirty due to all the construction. They did an amazing job! Siding looks like new again! Reasonable pricing and they did a great job. From receiving a quote to the final payment, was very easy. All done electronically, no phone tag! Highly recommend!

Delayed response time - After originally contacting the company on Sep 9th, they did not get back to me until Sep 17th with a date (Sep 25th), after multiple attempts to contact the company requesting the wash to be set up.

Damage - the garage door keypad broke from water damage.

These are not big deals, but the reason as to why I gave 4 stars instead of 5.

Staff was very friendly and I would set up a power wash with them again

I honestly just google searched companies and got estimates. Garden State was the most reasonable. Throughout the week I text or emailed Chris several times & he was so patient with me. I tried power washing my own vinyl fence and I couldn’t get it to budge at all!!!! I never thought it would come clean & Garden State made it look brand new! My house and fence both look great!!! I HIGHLY recommend this company not only for the great work they did but for the incredible customer service!

My house is aluminum siding with N epoxy paint. It can't be power washed but the soft wash is perfect.

Garden State Exterior Cleaning will be the first and last call you make when it comes to cleaning up your exterior spaces. Chris was very professional in every aspect. He responded to my phone call within an hour about a commercial property cleaning and was able to communicate over text to get pictures of the site. He pointed out certain inconsistencies in the tile/concrete we wanted cleaned and provided clear and concise information to make sure my expectations would be met. Chris is a true pro when it comes to exterior cleaning, whether it is a power wash or soft wash his results speak for themselves. Julio did a fantastic job cleaning our carpets. He was friendly and kind. He was patient with my little one and was really attentive to detail. They look great and he even was able to remove kids slime that I thought would never come up.

I have a dog that's not quite in control, so I use majestic about once every 4 months. The price is reasonable, Eric did a great job, and he explained everything he did.

Julio was THE BEST ! Friendly. Quick. Told me the whole process for the rugs getting cleaned. We talked about my sofa and how I wanted that cleaned and he went through that process and is coming back to do the sofa ! As a single mom I felt very at ease with him, talked out our kids and truly professional experience. Highly recommend.
