My experience could not have been worse. I paid them up front general contract the remodel for a flip house. After trying to work with them over a year, I finally had to hire an electrician directly (it was in their contract and paid for!) and another contractor to finish out the carpentry and everything else they did not finish. The quality of what they did was also sub par. To top things off, they never got the framing inspection before drywall- which caused a lot of hassle with the town. I have given them the oppurtunity to make this right, but they have made no effort to do so.

Chris saved himself a few dollars by splicing left over pipes together instead of using the right length of red pipe. Splice had a slow leak: caused black mold and ruined my new ceiling. His man did a new splice together, which also leaks. He doesn't seem to want to put in the proper new red pipe or fix the ceiling which his poor work ruined. Very costly for me & no help from Chris Rosley.

We have used Roesly Plumbing for over ten years. From remodeling our guest bathroom, to our master bedroom/bath, and finally a complete kitchen/family room/fireplace remodel. Each project was completed in a timely manner, and on budget. The constant throughout was Chris. His answer was always "yes," even before he knew the question. His vision for each project projected beyond our own thought processes as he anticipated things we would need/want included. He was on site for every major event, and if he didn't like the way something looked, he would have it redone. His stable of sub-contractors was endless, and each was a master of his/her craft.

After dealing with the nightmares of hiring a non licensed plumber who took off the day we paid him while not finishing the job, we were desperate on finding someone who is willing to fix the situation. Chris from Roesly plumbing took care of the situation , brought everything up to code and was presented during the town's inspection. If you want things done right without any worries call roesly plumbing.

I am not the type of person who writes reviews. This is my first time, and I felt the need to give praise to Rosely Plumbing because they saved us! After a main water line broke underground my family was left with no water and the responsibility to fix the issue which was going to be very costly. After getting a few quotes we decided to go with Chris and I am so glad we did. He got the job done in one day and ran into multiple issues and still charged us the same price, which was way lower than the others from the start. He showed up at 730am to take a look at the issue, and the mark outs were done by 11 so he could begin. By 5pm We had water. Chris was professional, knowledgeable and reasonable. I would absolutely recommend Rosely Plumbing and Chris to anyone who has any type of issue, whether it be big or small.

I have used them for a number of jobs. They are knowledgable, down to earth, clean, polite and efficient. They always return my calls in a reasonable amount of time. A few times they have squeezed me in the schedule on the way to another job. They covered the warranted labor on fixing a water heater they had installed. The problem was a faulty part not their workmanship. I would recommend them to all my family and friends.

Rosely plumbing is excellent to work with. They are responsive and answer the phone and call back. Professional and also their prices are reasonable. I would recommend them!

Doesn't return phone calls to finish warrantied work. Did a great job the first time, on the original two-bathroom complete remodel, but have been waiting for a replacement for a faulty jetted tub pump since November 2015. Waited equally long for a kitchen estimate. Nice guy, but not reliable.

We are so happy we called Chris at Roesly plumbing! We had two previous plumbers out to our house to address a leak in our crawl space. One shined a flashlight in and told us he couldn't see anything. The other assumed we had a water main leak and gave us an astronomical quote to reroute the water line. Then we called Chris. He came out. He did a thorough review and talked with us about options, giving us options and his opinions in terms we could understand. He didn't rush into a quote to replace anything and gave us suggestions prior to spending an arm and a leg. (Even if we did neee to replace the line, we would have had him do it at a fair price!) We took his advice and went from a $9k quote to do something that wouldn't have even fixed our problem, to spending minimal to cap an uncapped old pipe! Chris and his brother in law Dan were absolutely wonderful! They came to our house quickly and even came back later to fix the problem after we took the advice to check a specific location! We will call them whenever we need a plumber and I would recommend them to anyone. Honest and knowledgeable and overall down to earth wonderful people!

I had to bring the water heater and pipes up to code in order to get my house ready to sell. Chris was there as soon before I left for work and was beyond trustworthy enough to leave there alone to do what needed to be done. He not only did a great job, but the bill was reasonable! I highly recommend Roesly Plumbing for any needs you may have.
