It was a nasty job that he had to do , he handled himself in a very professional manner , putting down floor covers etc , He fixed the problem , and I feel went beyound most repairmen in making sure the problem was solved . The guy leaves the trash from the service we paid for today. Filled up my trash can and left the cardboard tucked nicely between my house and my trash cans. Guess what, just for that I’ll NEVER call this company again, I don’t care how much I gotta pay. Super easy way to lose a customer. You don’t have a dumpster at your shop? Or let us know you gotta leave it?

These guys are great! They're always here right away when we have a problem and always fix everything that's wrong. They're all really friendly and professional which is a plus when you have someone at your house working for hours at a time. I always recommend them and will never use anyone else for my plumbing/heating needs.

I hired this company to install a gas line to convert my electric stove to a gas stove. I don't know about gas lines or plumbing, but I was just made aware that the quality of work was poor and not done right. First, the gas line behind the stove is not secure to the floor and you can pull the gas pipe up and down. Not good. Second, the size of the new gas line in the basement is wrong. It's half the thickness of the existing gas line that was tapped into. Third after 4 months the new gas line is very corroded and now considered a danger. If I tried to wipe off the corrosion I was told that I could cause a gas leak. A gas line should not have corrosion on it. For $650 (expensive), a simple gas line install was done very poorly and they left my basement dirty. They had to drill a hole in the floor to bring the line up to the stove and they didn't clean up after. It was basically done the quickest way with no care involved. I wouldn't recommend them.

I contracted their services to have a leak in a sink valve fixed which required to be replaced. All they determined that needed to be done was to tighten the packing nut, I informed them that the leak was still present, they came a SECOND time and rebutted that they couldn’t see the leak, called a again to let them know the leak was still present and they agreed to come for a THIRD time and said it was going to be an additional cost to have a the valve fixed. Their argument was that they quoted to have the packing nut tightened but not to actually fix the leak. I expressed my concerned about their handling of their situation and they continued stating that they just quoted to tighten the packing nut. Needless to say they did not delivered and I incurred in additional cost to repair the leak plus water damage due to their deficient service. I regret using their services.

Unprofessional, at best. An estimate was scheduled for the afternoon of 12/21/2012 for work on an investment property our company owns . I was contacted by 2:42 PM that afternoon by Black Horse Pike Plumbing and Heating and was told by Allison I did not have to meet anyone at the property. They were able to estimate the work without getting inside, and the estimate would be sent via e-mail to me. On 12/27/12, I followed up with Black Horse Pike Plumbing and Heating and was told by Allison that her boss said I would receive the estimate in the new year. On 1/3/13, I called again to follow up, apologized if I was bugging but the property was under contract for sale, and the buyers wanted to the work completed prior to settlement. Allison checked on the quote and stated she would pass my number along to her boss because she was not seeing any information about the quote in the system. Never received a call from the boss or the estimate. Time wasted, poor service, never again. Shame, especially because we network with hundreds in the real estate business.

Great team! Our AC unit failed over a holiday weekend. They got us scheduled for an appointment within 24 hrs. Steve, our technician, was professional and efficient.

Black Horse Pike Plumbing has done numerous jobs for us and I always find them to be reasonable and professional. Whenever I called them for a plumbing or heating problem they came out right away and fixed whatever was wrong. i am pleased with their work and would recommend them to anyone.

I don’t know where to start but from start but this company is extremely knowledgeable their installer went above and beyond to help do my job even when I was supposed to have a few thing done before they came he walked me through doing what I had to do so they could install new hot water heater that had to be moved from a closet in my house to the basement he explained everything about the install process and the new equipment learned allot from the installer they are extremely lucky to have employees like they do everyone who works for them that came out were extremely helpful and knowledgeable I would recommend them to anyone that I know looking for plumbing heat and ac from now on being a general contractor I know when I find a good company to work with be careful there are allot of fly by night people out there these guys know what their doing no doubt

Charles and Wayne were professional and a pleasure to deal with. They found the issue and told us how to remedy as it was not a pipe issue but an issue with how water was hitting our bathtub. I would use BHP Plumbing and Heating again and recommend to anyone.
