I picked up a "break/fix coverage" on my home Central Air system. During a hot spell (of course) the system abruptly stopped. Called for assistance and was told I would be contacted by Black Horse Pike Plumbing within 4 hours, which actually took place. They set an appointment, arrived on time, sent one of their quality and knowledgeable HVAC technicians (CHUCK) who left no stone unturned to check the entire A/C system and diagnosed the problem. Not only did he fix the existing problem but he made changes to what he saw as "soon to fail" and "potential problems" so that the A/C is running like new. What a double win for me... I've got my HVAC problem fixed and found a reputable, honest, thorough and professional plumber.

I want to be completely up front, I have never used their services. However, based on how they drive I would never consider using them. Driving at reckless speeds, weaving in and out of traffic, and disregarding traffic controls and lanes does not seem like a sound practice or a great representation of your business.

John was incredibly helpful and professional; he did a great job fixing a gas leak and checking all of the gas appliances. Was really impressed!!!

Matt and Chuck from the Black Horse Pike Plumbing and Heating team exceeded my expectations. They renewed my confidence in the NJ home weatherization program. Matt was diligent with scheduling and detailed in explaining the HVAC tune-up & smart thermostat installation process. With 20 years of experience, Chuck tackled the Nest thermostat installation in detail to ensure everything worked perfectly during the summer and winter. I'll recommend them to my friends and neighbors.

Black horse installed a new gas heating system in our home. I called many plumbers before deciding on black horse. I am glad I did. Great communication, good technicians. Throughout the whole process I felt assured they were doing good work

We awoke in the middle of the night to find our heater was blowing cold air. I called first thing this morning and they made sure to get someone to my house today so our heat was fixed before the extremely cold weather and the Holiday. Bob was right on time, extremely professional, cleaned up after himself and made sure we were all set before he left. I have always used Black Horse Pike Plumbing and Heating and will continue to do so!

The team at Black Horse Pike Plumbing installed an entirely new sewer service, HVAC system, as well as plumbing for my entire home! Their work was impeccable and neat! Their office staff worked closely with us to help us qualify for energy efficient equipment and financing and made this process very easy! Scheduled and passed our inspections without any issues or hold ups! Overall very positive experience would definitely recommend to anyone in need of a plumbing or HVAC installation or repair!

Black Horse Pike Plumbing did a good installation of a water-powered backup sump pump. However, their work disturbed a nearby joint on the discharge pipe, causing a leak (a section installed by another company in January). When they came to assess the issue, they blamed the previous work saying it wasn't glued properly, and quoted $185 to fix it. Despite their prompt response, it was incredibly frustrating that they refused to own up to their role in the issue and deflected blame onto another company. Unfortunately, I can't recommend them after this experience.

I came across BHP through the PSEG Home Weatherization Program. I contacted them for services outside of the program and the team at BHP exceeded my expectations. I love the work they did for the new tub/shower combo in our bathroom. They were always very professional with my questions and arrived promptly at the time I was advised. Great team of people at BHP and I will 100% be doing business with them again.

The guys at Black Horse Pike Plumbing and Heating are ON IT. We recently had insulation blown in, and, from day 1, they were communicative, on time, and willing to handle any unforseen issues quickly and easily. They treat their customers with the utmost respect. Everyone on their team I came in contact with was an absolute pleasure. I would definitely reach out to them again in the future if I was in need. If you want someone who is on your side and stands behind their work (which is the utmost quality) these guys are it!

Local resident customers please be aware that if you apply for low income weatherization program through PSE&G or South Jersey Gas and they use this company to weatherize your house, you privately as a homeowner cannot go to them and ask them to service your house after the weatherization low income program. This is messed up even though you’re a local resident this is something that they should notify the homeowners before we agree to use them as a third-party company to weatherize our house.

We Just had a new 50gal. high efficiency gas water heater installed by Angel , tech for Blackhorse Plumbing and it was professionally installed and we’re totally satisfied with the work done. The entire staff from office to the field are awesome and dedicated to customer service ! I would highly recommend them for all your plumbing and Weatherization services ! Thank you Angel for your clean professional job!
