Never returned my call two times for landscape design.

Flowers were beautiful, employees were professional. Love this place

Oboyles makes the best holiday decorations in NJ. I travel 75 miles every year to get mine.

We’ve been using O’Boyle for 20 years now and have never been disappointed with their yard work or masonry.

This isn't about the quality of their work, as we never got that far. We have tried to use them multiple times for wood delivery, as well as landscape services. We would have to call multiple times to follow up, and have never received quotes or service.

We have since moved on to other providers.

Driver of the truck cut off multiple people in traffic, cut up in lanes and was aggressive. Not the type of person you want to work on your projects .

Horrible, called many times and all I'm told is that the owner will get back to me. After 2 weeks I call back and was told I would get a call back. Was called back 2 days later and told TOMORROWNfoe sure I would be contacted and it's been 2 days and no cal back. Will not deal with them at all. Very unprofessional

This landscaping company is so unprofessional!! one of their landscapers was doing the roses in the front and came all the way over to the back to the sheds and used it as a BATHROOM!! He peed there. And when we said something the man pretended like nothing happened? If we could give 0 stars we would...!!!!

Very professional , on task, and reliable. Introduced me to their lead Lou. Lou and 3 other workers dug to plant my 8 green giants carefully moving the underground sprinkler tubing and rearranged my azaleas. Cleaned up and hauled all debri. Thank you Mr Oboyle Sr and Mr Oboyle Jr. leaving me with your experienced lead Lou and efficient crew. See you again on my next project.

Paid for wood delivery in full beginning of October to be told we will get it first sat of Nov. Never came Second Sat it arrived around 5 pm when they told us it would be there before noon.
Dumped it including pallet and plastic wrap on my driveway. My husband spent two days stacking and organizing it. Tried lighting 5 fires wood is not seasoned soaking wet and nobody call me back! Will never use them again!!!

The landscaping crew cut down some young trees that were growing in my backyard. Called the office twice to talk to someone but management ignored my messages and never called back. I will not go back there for services or Xmas trees again.

Marty and his team did a great job. They recently but in some shrubs in our backyard and they look beautiful. Their office team is fantastic to deal with. I highly recommend them.

I engaged O'Boyle Landscaping for an extensive Hardscape Project for my front walkway and backyard patio. I couldn't be more pleased with the results. They were creative and professional and worked with me throughout the entire project! I can't say enough about the dedication and hard work of their employees.

Mr O' Boyle came to my home to assess what I would need to restore my lawn. He told me he would get back to me in 4 days with an estimate. 6 days later I reached out and he was not in for the day. I asked to have him either call or send the estimate he promised. 2 weeks later and still no word from him. If this is how they behave when people want to give them work, I can not imagine what it will be if anything is not working properly. I have contracted with a different company.

Call this company twice to get an estimate for some grass Restoration in front of my house. I had an oil tank removed and I need to have some zoysia grass planted. This is a local company that is in the same town as I am. Being a business owner myself I felt compelled to write this review because this is not how you handle your business. Reached out to them twice left messages not even a single returned call. Nothing probably even went to school with the owner. I know it's a big company and they probably don't care much about these reviews but that's a bad reflection on your business buddy

The team created and installed the most beautiful walk through Christmas wreath for our home. They were great with communication throughout the process and very flexible. Will use again in the future!

I could not have asked for a more seamless experience. My husband and I do most of our gardening by ourselves. My husband unfortunately herniated L3 and L4 during one of our landscaping projects, leaving an area bare and unsightly. I stopped into the Brookside Garden Center and was treated like family. Positive suggestions were made. The service was delivered within 5 days of request. The results were outstanding. Thank you Marcela , the helper who suggested Long Island organic mulch and the landscapers who did this job with as much care as my husband and I would have, when we were younger.

Seldom do I write a review. Almost never do I write 2 reviews Local Company in my town contacted them for some work I needed on my front lawn. Initially they never got back to me finally was contacted by the son and after a lengthy conversation we have set up the work to be done at the end of August. I specifically said to the gentleman I'm not going to call you we're scheduled right? He said yes. So here we are in October and nothing has been done and no calls. I noticed they had a 2.9 rating maybe it's a three-point something now but that is a very accurate depiction of how they operate this company I'm a business owner myself. I live in the same town everybody I talk to says the same thing about this company. Unreliable at the best. And horrible just horrible customer service and communication

Unbelievably frustrating. If the need isn't big enough, nobody gets back to you. I've called and called and called for months following up on a project. They promise to get back to me every time, but it never happens.
