Pipe burst in garage, contacted Jeff and he had his brother Justin out in under a hour and issue was resolved. Very professional and fair pricing. Would definitely recommend these guys to anyone in a crunch.

Nice people and this made me confused they came on time and accommodating but I was not expecting to pay over $400 for a little expansion tank that cost $35 at Lowe’s. Again very friendly people but this so far has been the highest I’ve ever paid for any service including plumbing where I paid much less for much bigger work in the past. The most upsetting thing is that the guy just started changing the part like it was nothing major and didn’t ask me if I was ok with such charge. It came blandly and unexpected. The invoice the guy shared afterwards again without consulting me before put me on the spot to pay this much $421. Not ok at all. Please be careful don’t make my mistakes.

I can’t say enough good things about our plumber,James. He listened carefully to my concerns, explained everything in a way that made sense, and patiently talked me through what to do as our frozen pipes thaw. His suggestions were practical and reassuring, and it was clear he was very well trained. A truly positive experience.

Great customer service and response times
Highly recommend. I only call Burke plumbing having tired numerous plumbers over the years. Tonight, Sunday , my sewer main backed up into the house. Burke was there within an hour and took care of it. Awesome guys

I had what I thought was a clog in the main line and couldn't use any sinks, toilets, or showers. I called Jeffrey Burke plumbing and they scheduled me right away. They snaked the line to find the tank needed to be pumped again. They still made sure the line was clear and were quick and clean. They were also very honest about pricing and the situation, and arrived right on time. I will definitely use them again if needed! Highly recommend!!

We want customers to know that when doing business with Burke Plumbing you are getting the very professional service. The responders were quick to arrive and went right to work . They explained all costs and what was needed. The service men were Ben Luciano and Ryan. They were professional ,patient explaining every step of the process,and they were very thorough about their clean up. They had to to take out and re - install a toilet. Afterwards you wouldn't have known they were even here.

Had a burst pipe on superbowl Sunday due to the cold snap and they dispatched James in less than two hours who gave me some options and advice. Fixed the issue in no time at an affordable price. Highly recommend these guys. Hope to never have to use them again but if I do, I know I am in good hands!

They were able to fix my issue right away without any problems. They knew what they were doing. (My sister likes to tell me to get someone who knows what they’re doing.) very happy with the work. When it gets warmer will call them back to update some valves.

The service rendered was very professional. It was made the next business day after we called.
Our high efficiency furnace 13 years old kept stopping with a flashing fault code. We have a service contract with our gas company. They recommended that our 2” exhaust vent pipe was the problem and said we had to contact an outside HVAC company to do the modification.

Outstanding experience! From the moment Christian and his apprentice Ryan entered our home they were courteous and respectful. Christian carefully explained what he was going to do—the education I need. They delivered a very professional shower repair replacing the shower handle and cartridge in the wall, shower head and piping & tub faucet. I’m in the service business and delivering what a client wants, values and is willing to pay for is what happened today. Christian and Ryan exceeded our expectations and our plan is to use them again in short order for other plumbing projects at our home. Clearly, Jeffrey Burke as a family business has a nose for having professionally experienced plumbers (Christian) on board to eliminate the worry of do we have the right guys. Fantastic experience with James at Jeffrey Burke Plumbing. Had a water pipe burst in a very difficult area of the basement. James was quickly able to identify and then isolate the burst. We had been without water service and heat for about 24 hours and it was very cold outside. He was able to get the water service restored, and the rest of the heat working (hot water boiler). Highly recommend them!

I am extremely pleased with the service I received from Jeffrey Burke Plumbing. The technician (Gavin) was very competent and meticulous in all that he did. He did a lift and reset for my toilet. I watched as he did a thorough job replacing whatever it was he had to replace. I admired how he was careful with my home and used drop cloths on my stairs and floor leading to the bathroom, I observed how he carefully leveled the toilet, and how he very neatly placed the grout around the base and so carefully cleaned the area. Most importantly, I felt I was charged a fair price. I would definitely call on them again should the need arise.

These guys are great! They helped us with one emergency plumbing situation and three home upgrade projects requiring attention to the gas line over the last few months and each occasion was the same. They are professional, reasonably priced, thorough, and easy to get a hold of for scheduling. They clean up afterward and found ways not to walk back and forth through the house while going out to the van whenever possible. 10 out of 10, highly recommend.

We hired Jeff Burke Plumbing to replace 2 old and leaky outdoor faucets and to reposition our gas line so that our newly purchased stove would be flush against the wall. Happy to say they are responsive and we only waited a few days for the work to be done. Our Viking stove weighs over 300 pounds so the 2 guys really had to do some work to move it out & then back in place. They were very polite & quiet while completing the work too which I really appreciated. Would recommend 100%.

Excellent communication and customer service from the office staff. The technician,Alex, was very friendly and professional. He quickly fixed several issues with our shower. He cleaned up the entire work area. I am very pleased with Jeffrey Burke Plumbing from start to finish and would recommend them to anyone needing a plumber.

We had an emergency call on Friday and they were here when they said they were going to be here. Cristian was wonderful, very professional and very knowledgeable. We would definitely recommend them.

We had them back again because my drain under my kitchen sink was leaking and they came when they said, the job was done professionally and I would recommend them to anyone. Alex was very professional , very knowledgeable and pleasant. Everyone is so helpful from the phone call to make an appointment, to the guys who come to do their job.

Danielle Burke help me pick a whole house filtration system! She was outstanding let me tell you. She went above and beyond, after hours sending me info and making calls . So i can feel comfortable with the system i picked
Gavin once again came and installed the system, seamlessly and even future proofed it. I tell you Burke Plumbing is thee best! Will never call anyone else.

Justin was SO helpful! We had to get a new furnace, and not only did was the price great, but he was very nice and thorough with explaining our options. Mike did the installation and was also great, and did an excellent job installing it! Definitely would recommend using them.
