Ray was efficient, personable and understanding of our situation. He got the job done installing our new ceiling fan along with the new box we needed. He entered our home and put drop cloth down as he walked over our hard wood floors. Cleaned up after himself when the job was done. We will definitely call them in the future for other work if needed.

They do very good work. I had my patio lights replaced and they did a great job painting the light covers (which were very weathered and most of the paint was chipping off). They also replaced my path lights and they look really nice.

Needed a quick outdoor outlet replaced. Quick pro fix with solid work. On time, courteous and safe! Very much recommend!

Ray and the team (Robby? Sorry if wrong man) came over and redid my 1950s panel and I needed it. They were professional and courteous the entire time. Everything’s working great and they stressed that it’s all safe and grounded. Set up an AC disconnect for my HVAC friend who had no issues. Def recommend. Nice guys and everything I needed.

Bobby and Ray did a great job addressing my electrical needs. The attic fan was repaired and several other jobs done. They were great to work with.
My only issue is with scheduling and communication prior to that. First I was cancelled due to an emergency which is understandable. But then, I was given the wrong date even after I said the date didn’t work for me and another date was agreed to. Most recently, I was told the tech would come between 8:30-9:30 but the system sent me notification yesterday that my appointment is 9:30-10:30. I didn’t hear anything until 11:30 that the tech was on the way. The office was closed and I couldn’t find out anything.
I spoke with Frank Mineo after they arrived and he apologized and said they are swamped.

We have had Frank and his crew come out quite a few times to our home. Our house needed lots of electrical updates initially, and then over the years we just had small projects completed here and there.

One time we had a pretty urgent electrical issue with an improperly wired stove from the previous owner , and Frank came out right away to help. Their pricing is very reasonable , and he is transparent with everything. The office staff is also very helpful with scheduling/billing.

I appreciate the guidance with getting new equipment installed/replaced. He takes the time to provide explanations and reasoning which is a big plus.

I hired this company to do some extensive work in two bathrooms and install a filter for our water. They did a great work. Excellent communication, fast response, very neat and clean work, and showed up on time and were careful and paid attention to details. I recommend this company highly.
