Scheduled an appointment to come install a smart thermostat for me, they sent me an appointment confirmation text the day before my scheduled appointment, which I confirmed, and then they never showed up, never called to let me know they couldn’t make it, and haven’t called in the three following days since not showing up to reschedule. Will be taking my business elsewhere. Disappointed considering all the positive reviews of this company.

Dennis Pitchers is very professional,he walks you through everything he's doing, and when thinks seems to get complicated he DON'T give up. He could give a class on politeness.

Guy was early (which is typical), very kind and did the heater check. They always text to let you know when they are on the way. Very happy with their service.

We love our annual maintenance contract with Dowd-Fox. One fee once a year and they come out and check the system as the seasons change and do the regular maintenance I was always forgetting to schedule.

I appreciate the communication leading up to this service. I like the text message with the photograph of the technician so I know who’s coming to my door. I like the fact that Luke called to let me know his estimated time of arrival. I appreciate the thoroughness with which he explained what he did, what he found, and how we will proceed with the spring cleaning.

I had an estimate done last Tuesday and had a one day install yesterday (Monday)! Total of 6 days from estimate to new system. Both of my neighbors used these folks and I see why. Steve and Ish did an awesome job and the install was buttoned up nicely. They also offer 36 month 0% Financing if needed. Highly recommend. Thanks!
