@Samsung @Costco — please live up to your reputation and take accountability.
I purchased a Samsung TV from the Costco website, and it has already stopped working. Samsung assigned Home Service Network as the only repair provider for Virginia, but my experience with them has been unbelievably unprofessional.
They first gave me only one service date — Monday — which I agreed to. Then they canceled it without any explanation. When I called Samsung and Costco, both told me to “just try again” with this same service company, even though they’re impossible to reach and completely inflexible.
Samsung support even told me to find a family member to be at my home due to their limited time slots. I managed to have my sister come over for my 12–4pm appointment.
Then today, the technician called around 11am, and when I missed that call, he called again at 11:30am saying, “I’m here.” I reminded him my appointment was for 12pm, and my sister would arrive right at noon. Shockingly, he said he couldn’t wait until 12pm and started blaming me because “people canceled their appointments” and he had called me earlier. I explained that had nothing to do with me — my appointment was 12pm. He still refused to wait.
This is unacceptable. It feels like this service company cancels appointments themselves and reports them as customer cancellations. I’m extremely disappointed with how Samsung and Costco are handling this — customers shouldn’t have to chase after unreliable contractors for warranty repairs. -
Avoid at all costs. Find a local repair service.
The technician dispatched to fix my dryer didn't understand the problem. He changed a part and said it should work fine, but it doesn't. I called HSN to report this but they closed the ticket, anyway, and I'm out my money. I shouldn't have paid, that's my fault, but that doesn't relieve them of their obligation to fix the appliance correctly or refund my money. They told me to contact Samsung, who in turn told me contact HSN. -

SAMSUNG is A+++
Yes, I received my computer and it operates perfectly. Thank you, everyone, for helping me. You all, the entire team, are A+++. I was notified that the computer was received, and I was notified regarding all of the processes needed to get the Laptop repaired. Amazon did nothing to help me with the repair process or where to go for repairs. I contacted some SAMSUNG repairs and the people wanted my credit card number. For months since February I tried to find the SAMSUNG Repair and finally I found the address in New Jersey and my laptop is working perfectly. The Technicians are great.
I cannot thank you and your technicians enough for your help and courtesy, kind updates every step of the repair process.
I have a SAMSUNG gas range in my kitchen and I love it. I cook all of our meals and snacks, and it is about 5 years old and I love it.
Thank you SAMSUNG,
God Bless each of you,

The most incompetent group of people you've ever met. The first time i had a samsung warranty repair they rescheduled with me 3 times causing me to miss work for no reason, then they sent a repairman who didn't speak english and as a result completely misunderstood the problem and had to come back. So yes, that means I had to stay home 4 different days to get the problem solved. New warranty issue arose, they sent me a text message when they were coming, but the repair person sends me a message that he's a few minutes away but its two hours earlier than the window of time promised. I called and told him that but that I could try and get home quickly. So I get home and he never shows up. He just decided to cancel because I couldn't be there at a time we never agreed upon in the first place. And when you call their number from Maryland at least you often get a woman with a baby crying in the background who isn't even listening to you I don't think. Worst customer service. Samsung should be ashamed to have these people working for them. If you can, when you put in a warranty claim, ask for a different vendor!

Repair company failed, and Samsung backed them instead of fixing the problem
Samsung assigned this company to repair my refrigerator, and the entire experience has been unacceptable.
I paid $130 for a service visit. The technician arrived 15 minutes before the end of a 4-hour window, stood in front of my refrigerator for about 30 seconds, did not open it, and immediately said, “can’t fix it, buy a new one.”
When I questioned how he could possibly make that determination without inspecting the appliance, he then pulled out tools, did some work, and changed his diagnosis — now it could be repaired. Unsurprisingly, he didn’t have the required part and said a return visit was needed.
That return visit was scheduled five days later. I took off work, the appointment window was changed from 10-2 to 2-6, and then the visit was cancelled entirely due to “car trouble.” I was told they couldn’t send another technician and the next available date was six days later, leaving me without a working refrigerator for an unreasonable amount of time.
I escalated this issue to Samsung, reporting both the initial technician’s behavior and the cancelled repair. Samsung offered no resolution. Instead, the representative told me I should buy a new refrigerator simply because mine is almost 10 years old — which quite frankly I don’t need Samsungs opinion on how I should spend my money. The part needed to repair the unit cost under $150, making repair completely reasonable. She also suggested it could be a costly compressor issue, despite the open work order clearly stating the issue was the condenser.
Rather than address the problem, Samsung and the repair company both chose the easiest path: dismissing the issue and pushing me toward buying a new appliance.
I requested a refund of my $130 due to lack of service and loss of trust. It was refused.
This experience showed a total lack of professionalism, accountability, and respect for the customer.
The very next day I had a true professional repair my refrigerator and it’s working like new. Shame on this company and shame on Samsung for dealing with these people and sending them to your customers’ homes. I will never purchase a Samsung product again. -
Worst ever, they canceled my new ticket with samsung since i complained about their service.. they sent an inexperienced techician and damaged the microwave, which only purchased leass than 3 months ago.. they called 15 min before and said i have to dismatle it myself.. now for another problem with the blower motor, i got this same service center, and they resheduling the appoinemt for 4 times, and now they canceled the ticket. Very bad. Not even one star.
@samsung: Kindly remove this center. Customers need better service. Otherwise, when anyone asks for review about ur products, we can only say about this. -
Warranty repair. Tech came 30 minutes after calling in beginning of time frame we had.
85” tv was placed on floor with blanket under. Units back cover had to be completely taken off. Boards was replaced. Info had to be typed in which was a good 10 minute process. Tv looks great again. -
Dear lord if there was a way for me to leave a negative number that is what this company deserves. Our Samsung stove broke recently , and they were sent out today they left the stove in the middle of our kitchen and didn’t fix the light that was also broken on the stove. getting a hold of this company today was impossible. I spent almost an hour on hold and still didn’t get anything resolved. Shame on you.
