John arrived in a timely manner. His professional approach and explanation of the problem was very reassuring because I’m a widow and not used to handling these problems. I am very happy with the service of Home Appliance Repair and recommend John very highly.

John was amazing. Prompt response, courteous, called him on Saturday afternoon, provided John with the appliance information and the problem and he suspected that it was the electronic module on the appliance, unfortunately he did not have the module in stock for that particular unit so he had to come by on Monday. On Monday he arrived promptly at the time agreed, diagnosed the problem (it was exactly what he suspected) got the module installed it and the appliance was up and running straightaway. John was very nice, knowledgeable and at a very reasonably priced. Will continue to use John's services and recommend him to family and friends.

Our latch on the dryer broke. Top tech was able to get a new door in, and installed within a few days. Always professional, and friendly service!

John did some repair on our refrigerator back in Nov 2022. He came promptly, diagnosed the problem which was the inverter board and fixed the problem. Today we had the same issue with temperatures in our refrigerator going up, contacted him at 8am and he was at our home by 11am. Based upon his quick diagnosis, this time it was the fan not running which he fixed. He did the work with dedication, diligence and professionalism. Definitely recommend Top Tech and John
