I met with Stavros from EMT Solar for a consultation. He was very thorough and answered all my questions. He also explained the entire process to me of how everything would go once I agreed to their proposal. I signed the proposal and everything Stavros said would happen did. I am very happy with the EMT team. My wife and I could not be happier.

We just had our solar panels installed today along with a 200amp upgrade to our electric panel. From the start our salesman Zack has been awesome to deal with. He always made sure to keep us updated on the process as it moved along and responded quickly to any questions we had along the way.
The foreman, Damian, arrived early and walked me through the process explaining the steps before the crew started to get my input and let me know where the boxes and lines were going to be run.
EMT has a professional crew that worked together and put up a great system so before you go with any other company give EMT a call.

so far the entire process went very well. Customer service communication was top notch. Just waiting for the final inspection but I feel confident that we will pass. New roof and solar equipment look amazing. Very happy with EMT and their customer service communication was very good.

My site survey tech john was prompt, on time( early technically but was welcome) called ahead and was done in a timely fashion.
The installers were finally out yesterday had everything installed and taken care of within about a half a day. They were curtious, and cleaned up everything after they were done.

And dealing with my sales person daniel was about as straight forward and honest as you could ask for in any business

Tony Rastelli made the process very smooth and comfortable for my spouse and I. We were very unsure and he gave us plenty of knowledge and answered whatever questions we had promptly. I am excited to save money!

Van and his team were very knowledgeable and helpful, they made sure we understood the process and benefits we would get by going solar. They were available at any time to answer any questions and doubts we would come up with. He would keep me up to date on how the process was going with the permits and explained in detail what were the following steps. Once the installation team came they explained what to expect and they were very respectful of the property. Overall, this solar company is better than the one I had before and like I mentioned above; I would recommend them to anyone!

He explained every option in a way that was clear and easy to understand, answered all my questions with patience, and went above and beyond to make sure I felt confident in my decision. Clayton did an excellent job during the home site survey. He arrived on time, was professional, and thoroughly reviewed every detail of my home. His explanations were clear, and he answered all questions with patience and expertise. The process was smooth, and his attention to detail gave me confidence that everything was documented accurately. Highly recommend his work.

I can’t say enough good things about our experience with EMT. They put a new roof and solar panels on our house and the workmanship was great! The communication through the entire process was above and beyond. Our salesman Sam was the absolute best! He even gave me his cell phone number so I could text and call him with any questions, and I had lots of them! Sam always responded in a very timely manner. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a roof and/or solar!

Jonathan Banta came to do my site survery today and was absolutely amazing. Easy going, explained why he was doing what he was doing and didnt waste anytime. !

Today was bitter cold. The crew arrived on schedule & introduced themselves. The whole time they were here installing the solar panels, they had to go in and out of the house and into the attic and basement. They were very neat; closed doors behind them to keep out the cold; thanked us for the coffee and tea; explained what they were doing and we were very impressed with their efficiency and their concern for our home. They explained what to expect and asked if we had questions. Wish more companies had employees of this quality.

EMT should not be licensed to operate. My nightmare began May 2023 and continues to this day. The roof has lifting shingles, soft spots, arching, and curling edges. They snapped the sheathing, the flashing was not properly applied, they left and/or made unnecessary holes and openings in the exterior of my home. EMT has caused problems with my electricity, my basement floods, I currently have 3 interior leaks, mold and mildew everywhere, ice and snow in my attic. They left my gutters hanging off and trash and debris around and in my home.
For nearly 3 years I’ve submitted correspondence via email and text, numerous photos and videos in addition to repeated requested for the removal of the solar panels. EMT has sent representatives to my home to inspect, evaluate and photograph the damages. However, anyone who has been here or that I’ve dealt with either “no longer works there or didn’t document my file.” With that, I am totally fed up, disgusted and fearful of a total roof collapse, especially with this ice and heavy snow. I give them 5⭐️’s for complete and utter disgust, ignorance, bad faith, poor workmanship, improper installation and failure to take accountability.

Once the crew arrived they explained everything they would do. Every time they started a step thet explained again what they were going to do; much to our satisfaction. They were very methodical and thorough in their work and did a great clean up.

We had an amazing experience with EMT Solar and Roofing! Kelly Wilson was fantastic—professional, knowledgeable, and always available to answer our questions. The team did a beautiful job on both our roof and solar installation, finishing on time and leaving everything spotless. Highly recommend EMT Solar and Roofing and Kelly Wilson for anyone considering solar or roof work.

Jonathan Banta (site surveyor) was absolutely amazing. Got here on time answered all my questions and was super friendly and I would highly suggest that he keeps doing what he’s doing cause he’s a great guy! It was a pleasure having him over to check out my roof and working with this company. 10 out of 10.

Mike P was a pleasure doing my site survey. Informed me every step of the way on what he is doing, what they are looking for, and addressed my suggestions for placement of equipment on the side of the house. Showed me all the photos and notes he added. Very friendly and helpful. Definitely an asset to have at any company

Update 2/9/26
Install was today and everyone showed up on time and worked throughout this cold day to get the install done. Stavros has been a help this entire process an has great communication and customer service while we navigate this process. Will definitely recommend Stavros to my friends that are interested in solar. Any company would be lucky to have him.

Solar was installed without any major issues, and once again their guts were fantastic. We did have to wait for a replacement part before they could function though. There was some disappointment with how long it took to get the battery installed and the inspection done. It felt like we got some push back on the battery. We got asked several times why we needed it. Also was told it's a 2 hour drive to get to us and it just made me feel a little like they would get to us when they get to us because of how far away we are.

Overall I'm glad we did it, but some of the communication dropped off after the roof and panels were installed.

Update: This has been a great investment, we are basically only paying the fees that ppl charges to be on the grid.

Where do I start? This experience has been remarkable. EVERYone that I have met up to this point have been courteous, respectful and professional. After having a negative experience with another solar company, I was a bit apprehensive in moving forward with EMT. They presented everything step by step, and wete patient in answering every question I had (and they were many). In the end, I was excited to move forward. I'm so glad I did. I am very thankful and ready to share with others.

A guy named Neil came knocking on my door…I was hesitant at first but now in love with my new roof and black gutters all installed under this project. Neil was fantastic and delivered on everything we discussed. We just had our township inspection and can’t wait to start using the solar energy.
Neil was fantastic and would highly recommend this company to anyone looking to have solar energy installed on their home.
