EMT's representative John was a pleasure to deal with. He showed up when expected and fully explained what he would be doing. He answered all my questions and was very pleasant. His crew was also pleasent and efficient. They were respectful of the property and left it as clean as when they arrived.

Michael P is our survey guy that came to our home, he was very professional and explained everything he was going to do before he started. Which is important to us 5 stars for that. He also was right on time,

All aspects of our solar installation project were great, as were all of the EMT personnel (professional, efficient, courteous). As a result, it was completed well in advance of the 12/31 /25 federal credit expiration deadline. Kudos to Brian G (sales), Michael P (site survey), the installation team, and Paige H (inspection follow-up). They are all highly recommended!!!

I really wanted Solar and inquired at a couple locations and I had trees close to the house so no go. I was not willing to cut down my trees, and my roof on the house was 12 years old. Spoke to my friend that just got Solar and had his roof done - and put the Solar on his house roof and garage by EMT. He was very happy with them. So I called EMT - My carport roof needed to be replaced and it was facing South East (not perfect) but far away from the trees. I have included the before and after pictures of the carport. Anyway EMT went through many scenarios with me and the end result was a small system on the carport which faces southeast. It has been active this week end of February into March and I have already had 2 Sunny days that I have produced more electricity than needed for the house. Also what I really like is this setup actually looks good! My neighbor who is an architect (who can see my carport from his Dining Room) complimented how well the blended in to the look of the carport. Unfortunately looks like I have to repaint/repair the carport as the roof and Solar are the best looking part right now. I also might add that I was a very needy customer and EMT worked with me for a great end result.

Today from EMT Solar a gentleman named Michael, my solar designer, I feel guys like Mike make a company like EMT Solar very popular with his expertise in designing the work project from start to finish, great work !!

My wife and I are 100% satisfied with the entire process of our new solar system. Everything when well from time we met with Mike was excellent in explaining the entire solar process and the different options to choose from.
The project managers I met during the installations of the roof were great in keeping in keeping updated with steps by steps photos of the roof work.
The guys that installed the solar system were also very courteous and respectful of our property while working inside and on the roof.

Again this entire process went very smooth.

UPDATE: we were having an issue with one of our panels not working properly and an electrical issue and Alex and Jason came out and were awesome and very thorough. Everything is fixed and good to go. Thanks Alex and Jason!

I initially purchased my home in December 2024. Soon after my purchase, my interior ceiling began to display water damage. It was my roof! I contracted with EMT for an entire new roof. Needless to say, this was not an inexpensive undertaking. Less than 6 months later the leaks resurfaced.

I tried unsuccessfully to arrange repairs and met with a disagreeable employee who was rude, and neither truthful, nor willing to listen, or help.

The long story short was that I actually pursued consumer resources for assistance. Within days after filing complaints, a truly wonderful, and understanding woman, Brooke, entered into the picture. She was a Godsend...a genuine compassionate soul! She listened and helped!

From the roof updated repair, the removal of the solar panels, the adjustments of the panels and their re-attachment, she listened and understood. The process to correct the roof and panels had to be completed in stages. Brooke and I had many long, friendly phone conversations on the plans to remedy my situation.

Please do not let my unfortunate initial experience discourage you from using this company. I am definitely a happy customer now thanks to Brooke.

My lesson learned....a uncooperative employee...ask for their supervisor.

I had an amazing experience with EMT Solar. My sales rep, Stavros, took the time to explain everything in detail, never tried to push a sale, and was always available when I had questions. When I first applied for solar my electric grid was closed to new customers, so my project was put on hold. About a month later, the grid unexpectedly reopened (after being closed for 5+ years) and the very first text I received that morning was from Stavros sharing the good news. From that point on, he guided me every step of the way, following up on pending items, checking in on the crew, and addressing any concerns promptly. The entire process felt smooth and stress-free thanks to his hands-on approach.

Michael P came to my house to do a site survey. He was professional, very thorough, and explained everything he was doing. The process was smooth and his attention to detail gave me confidence that everything was documented accurately. He even took the time to remove an old padlock from my electric meter box, which I no longer had the key for.

I would highly recommend EMT if you are looking to install solar.

I went with them to try to cut cost. I got panels and new roof and gutters paying $256 a month.never got gutters btw. I only did it cause sales rep told me 80% of my utility bill will Be covered, especially during winter months. Sales rep came into my home and bs me to death , especially when that man just plopped on my couch like he owned it. Should have never done it and I would not recommend this company.

Update. That comment is false. I am cooperating, sent a screenshot of my Tesla charging and I have a model 3 and had it since 2019 and it’s not even with a Tesla charger , just have a 240plug which works great and all, my car charges once a week. Also the issue is that I was told 80% of bill will be covered which is total BS. So don’t go commenting on here and lie. As I explained to your guy, solar is good they did a great job with roof. I Just did it to cut costs with my electric bill. and the problem is , it is not. I was just given incorrect and false information on how it works.

Michael P Site Survey showed up on time and ready to work. He was very courteous and took time to explain details. He also gave me the drone pics he took of my house. Happy so far...

The detail of their work is second to none. The gentleman they have working for this company. Go above and beyond. Matt walked me through the whole process from beginning to end with Mike. Damien showed up on-jobsite and had everything up and done in 1 day, leaving not one piece of trash behind excellent. This was all done after the snowstorm my house was covered with ice. And I can't say enough. I would recommend them 100%

Michael P did my site survey today. He was both professional and Very knowledgeable about his job. He had clear communication before and during the appointment. Michael was able to answer my questions about what to expect today and going forward. He was also very attentive to not making a mess when having to inspect the attic, which will be greatly appreciated by my daughter who's room it was in.

I have not been a huge fan of companies soliciting work TILL NOW !!!! EMT Solar has been absolutely amazing in every phase of the installation of my new roof and Solar Panel System. Fred my salesman has been so amazing in the initial visit to coming out from time to time checking up on the installation of the roof and solar panels. He has been the most professional and personable salesman I’ve come across in a long time . Truly amazing!!!. Eric the solar panel supervisor has and is just as professional and delightful to communicate with as well. This company is by far a great company to deal with and I will be forever thankful for their company. I would absolutely recommend EMT for future work on friends and families that I know and reach out to. This process of the replacement roof and install of the Solar panels has been easy and efficient. Thank You Fred for all of the service and help you have given me .

Mike P. Came to my house for a site survey and was probably one of the most professional people to complete a job without negativity. Herr first called and arrived at the appointed time, took his time in a very cordial and courteous manner. Some things that I should have done to make his job easier were overlooked while he did his job without any fuss. I was pleased because of his work ethic that made the experience a lot easier, his explanations were very clear and he did not rush even though he was looking forward to a long day with long travel ahead of him.
