What a great company! I called with an emergency power outage in my house. I received a quick return call. The owner Chris was friendly and extremely knowledgeable! He had found the short in my wiring causing my outage very fast. His pricing was great and completely affordable. Chris even accommodated my work schedule and availability. You can tell there is expertise and knowledge just by how efficiently he explains things and by how quickly he fixed my wiring issue as well. What a Great company. I would highly recommend using them if you need a professional certified electrician.

Very pleased with the work done by Chris. He systematically diagnosed the problem we were having with our electric service and fixed the problem. He is very efficient and personable. He is very responsive and his pricing is very reasonable. I can recommend him without any reservation whatsoever.

I met Chris when I got my basement waterproofed as he installed outlets for the sump pumps. I called him up to upgrade my panel to 200AMP and install an EV charger and outdoor outlet. Great work, very quick, and professional. Even helped me out with a broken outlet. High recommend!

Chris does excellent work! We just moved to the SJ area and needed some work done after some concerning findings that the inspection revealed. Good prices, honest, responsive, and I appreciate the genuineness he provides. He treated our house like it was his own. Finding an electrician with all of these qualities was super important to me, and Chris (as well as his assistant) surpassed them all— he is a true gem of a human! Chris installed some Ring devices for me. If I could give him ten stars, I would. He's quite the consummate professional, extremely knowledgeable, very personable, tidy and clean and respectful of one's home, if he moves anything, he puts everything back in its spot. Drove over an hour to get there on a Saturday with the Google listing showing a 5pm closing time, only to find they had closed at noon.

They dont even know what 14/4 wire is. Even though I've purchased 250 foot rolls from them before

I called for service but they never returned my call.

I left 2 messages with their answering service. Never received a call back.

He started my electric work and now I have problems with it and he doesn't answer the phone no more

When we had crazy wind and snow during the winter, our power line detached from our home. George was prompt, worked with PSEG to follow code and had it reattached within 2 days.

Thank you so much for taking the time to talk me through possibilities of why my power was out only to one outlet in my house when I realized it wasn't the fuse! Something tripped the gfi outlet in another room and all I had to do was reset it! Will definitely be calling again if there are anymore electrical projects or problems in my home!!!

George and team were great to work with him until the end just ended up becoming a liar and arrogant. I hate working with liars. He was refusing to answer the questions I was asking about him about the work. All he kept saying he did it to code. I’m asking him of the wires or run and he refused to answer any questions. Will never work with him again

I had a 90 year old house with knob and tube to be removed as well as the electric panel replaced. Brown Electric did an OUTSTANDING job quickly and professionally. We were very impressed with the work and the fact that no mess was left when they were done.

Very helpful and efficient in solving an electrical problem I needed to sell my parents' house. There were time constraints and he was able to get the work done quicker than promised. Unlike a previous electrician, he also kept in contact and updated me since I did not live in the area and sent pictures of the progress. I would definitely recommend him

Easily the most knowledgeable and responsive electrician I spoke with and gave us the lowest estimate too. George and his team replaced our panel and installed a generator inlet and interlock kit in a day and a half. They even replaced a couple switches in our house at no charge. Would recommend them 100%.

Half the electricity went out on one of my breakers - never had that happen before. Of course, a Saturday evening. Called Brown Electric and he was out quickly.
