We would like to thank Steven Menakis, Regional Manager, for providing excellent customer service and being on top of everything. He always answered our calls and questions very quickly. As for the install crew, Jason the Foreman did an outstanding job. He was EXCELLENT! A very valuable asset to your company. He was very informative and positive. Always showing concern for his crew and their safety. When jason took a shot to the head, i asked him to sit, he just kept going. Everyone was respectful, professional, and efficient. When it began to rain, they all stuck it out and finished the job. We highly recommend EMT Solar to anyone interested in installing solar to their home. Thank you for everything!! It looks so good, you can hardly see the panels. They blend in perfectly with our roof, as we did not want to lose the asthetics of our 100 year old home. 5 stars does not cover how happy we are with EMT Solar.

Haven't seen the panels due to snow, and of course I can't yet say how well its working for us. But I wanted to give a thumbs up to the men working here yesterday. Very polite, respectful, friendly, answered questions. 10 thumbs up to this group of men. Thank you!

I should also note our Rep Skylar was personable, respectful, terrific with presentation, answering questions throughout process and following up. He was always quick to respond to all calls or text messages. Also 10 thumbs up.

I had a wonderful experience with EMT Solar. I entered into a power purchase agreement, and the price was very fair. The roofing materials used were top-notch GAF architectural shingles, and the quality was excellent. Both the roof and the solar panels come with solid warranties, giving me peace of mind. The entire process was smooth and well-coordinated. My salesman, Joseph Murin, was phenomenal and ensured we were well taken care of. EMT Solar is big enough to offer quality service, yet small enough to stand behind their work. Of course, no project is without its bumps, but EMT Solar made sure we were completely satisfied in the end. I would highly recommend them, and as a hard customer, I’m thoroughly pleased with the results.

Had our initial appointment with John and he was great! The site surveyor, John, was here today and he was terrific. He was professional, punctual, and very knowledgeable. John took the time to explain the process, answered all of my questions clearly, and made sure everything was thoroughly reviewed during the site survey. I appreciated how straightforward and easy he made the whole visit. Solid first impression and looking forward to the next steps with EMT solar.

Michael P who did our measurement and took pictures was so professional and very kind and had manners. He was also courteous with communication as to being on his way and arrival time. You don’t to often find professionals who take time and care in there jobs when they come out to your house. I will update you with pictures as work continues as I am happy with the work so far. Now Gordon Jackson the sales rep was very professional as well,he took his time to explain things and even came back the very next day with his lap top and sat down and took his time to explain things again. This is an update. They are here working on my house right now and I really wanted to say that they are very respectful and neat as soon as the project is complete I will post a picture when my husband requested that they not put things on the grass, they respectfully moved them And I have to say thank you because even though it’s hot, most people will have an attitude when you ask them not to do certain things, but these group of guys were very kind and nice and respectful. I’ll post another update upon completion.

Update
They are now finished and I’m adding the finish photo. We are so happy and so pleased at how respectful and neat these gentlemen worked. Yes it was hot today but they did their thing and we are very happy. I do recommend this company. Keep up the good work.

So far the process from initial consultation with Sophia Rivera to the installation of additional panels has been without any issues. And EMT also reinstalled my old panels(21) that sat on my lawn for about 8 months after my roof was replaced. Now just waiting for the inspection from the town to complete everything. Highly recommend.

My husband and I had been researching solar companies for several years. It was not until we met Kelly and we knew EMT was the business for us. He was knowledgeable about the process, the materials and those extra needs that we would have to complete the project. While we are still waiting for the inspector to come, Kelly continues to be there for any questions we may have. He is not one to come in, sell the product then leave. He is here for the duration. EMT arranged our beautiful new roof installation (Dave Adam’s Roofing and Siding) and tree removal (Medina’s); both excellent companies. Kelly stopped by several times (with our permission) to check on the progress. The company had a full team for the installation. The team came in about 8:30 am and completed the job by 4. We are very satisfied of EMT and especially Kelly, our key contact throughout this project.

From start to finish I have had a great experience with EMT Solar and Kelly Wilson. I was presented with this opportunity and updated throughout the process and the end result has met all my expectations. Kelly is well-versed in the benefits of using solar energy and his knowledge is backed by the performance of all the inspectors and installers that you interact with from EMT. I highly recommend partnering with this team if you are interested in solar panels on your home.

So satisfied with our new electrical panel and upgraded outlets. Everything was explained upfront and pressure. This is a great company for all your electrical needs. I will be using them from now on. Electrician was so friendly and accommodating. Thank you so very much

Called at 8am on a Saturday after a small fire. They showed up within the hour and by noon, they had us back up and running including helping navigate the local utility rules and fixing a few items to give us more peace of mind. Bill is a great electrician, and straight shooter.

Highly recommend. Chris installed several outlets in my garage. His work is clean, fast, and didn't break the bank. Again, highly recommended.

He installed 3 new ceiling fans and reworked the switches. He was on time, completed the work, and cleaned up everything. On top of that his fee was very reasonable. We expect to use him again for an upcoming porch renovation. I would highly recommend him.
