We were floored literally with just how spotless a job we received! I had booked them from FL for our NJ home without a walk through. It’s not every day you find a company that is true to its word. Having Moura sisters come every-other-week saves me so much precious time and my back. In one hour, they get done what would take me two days to finish. The ladies who clean my house are so friendly. I love that you are given a list of cleaning products I would need to buy prior to the cleaning, so you don't have to wonder. Plus, the ladies always go over and above. The price is not to high nor to low but very reasonable. It's so difficult to find a cleaning service that is consistent and one you can trust and that can clean very well !! I am a very satisfied customer.

Rodrigo and Duda spent a whole day deep cleaning my home this week. They were punctual, respectful and methodical in their cleaning. Every corner of my home was attended to with care and precision leaving it in pristine condition. They were open and receptive to feedback but didn't need much direction. Been having Moura Sisters clean for 3 months now and I can't even think about how I survived without them!! Silvana my pro is so sweet and awesome! I live in a big house and my bathroom has always stressed me out and when she leaves I just get so happy!!! It's amazing how well she cleans. For me just cleaning my bathroom alone is more then enough. Love the cleaning in the other places since I never dust. Can not complain. Especially since the other companies rarely got back to me and they were prompt and consistent with getting in touch with me. ! Love it!!!

Geovana and her team at MS Cleaning Service have been a pleasure to work with. I got a response from her within a half hour of sending a message on the site which is always a good sign. Geovana then came to do a walk through of my home and quoted me a very fair price to do a deep clean after a party I had. Everything was a mess and I was too overwhelmed to tackle it all on my own. Three women came and polished my house from floor to ceiling and made sure I was pleased with the results before they left. Geovana and her team were responsive, professional and open to feedback. Amazing cleaning company from start to finish. Reached out to Geovana on wed to inquire about cleaning my home in edgewater. She came by same day to give me a quote. She worked me into her busy schedule to accommodate my needs. The cleaning ladies are super professional, friendly and really pay attention to details. They take their time to make sure you’re satisfied. They wipe down all the small crevices/wall moldings, etc. and move the furniture around to clean under as well. Will definitely use them again!

I first got MS cleaners for a really good deep clean. They did such an amazing job!!! Even my husband who is usually clueless about these things commented on how clean the house was and how great the house smelled. They did such a great job that I hired them to come every other week, and they continue to do excellent work. The women who perform the cleaning are so professional and considerate of our space, being that we work from home and are around while they clean. Highly highly recommended!!

Geovana told me that she was not only going to have my apartment cleaned, but that she herself would help me organize things and create new structure to make it easier to maintain (which was the reason I chose to hire them). I was so relieved because my living space was a total disaster.

She called me the day of cleaning to tell me she was running late, but sending two capable workers to start the process.
Geovana was not able to come do to personal issue.

The girls did a good job at first glance, and upon leaving insisted I leave a 5 star review. I wanted to tip them for how long they worked, but they said no they only wanted the review.

After they left, it took a few days to get use to (because I didn’t know where anything was, just about everything was put in a place I was not use to.). As the days went on, there were missing items that were thrown away that shouldn’t have been.

There were many partially used bottles of very expensive hair products, such as hair color and and hair treatments that were thrown out. Some of these individually cost $80 and more per bottle like keratin and hair mask. Now having to be replaced unexpectedly.

There were different things pitched that I shrugged off as not a big deal in the beginning, but every few days I noticed more and more stuff gone.
Like dishes I’ve had for over 10 years…I told them the dishwasher wasn’t working well, and they insisted on by hand.
I can only assume after being here for many hours, they were exhausted and it was easier to just pitch them. Thinking, “the place was such a mess what would she care”.

I was not asked and had no input on what was discarded or where anything was put.
Occasionally asked through Google translate if (x) was okay (meaning the room they just finished) which at first glance was clean and I didn’t want to get in their way. My place was a wreck, but these things were not trash or the illusion of almost empty.

This was six weeks ago, and even today found a few more things that are gone and crucially needed.

In my office space there were many small items like wig knotting needles and other items that were specifically shipped from Switzerland, thrown out with no one asking any questions. Which cost a lot to replace.

With all that being said,
I would not have hired them if I knew that the owner who assured me she would walk me through everything, was not going to be here to monitor.

At this point it’s cost me about1/4 of what I’ve paid to replace the things that were thrown away and when it came to organizing, I had to do that myself… which is not big deal if I didn’t just pay for that.

Geovanna and her staff are wonderful! I have been working with them for about a year. She takes care of my Airbnb apartment and also my mother’s house. She is such a great person to work with, is always eager to help and is flexible with her schedule. I highly recommend Moura Sisters Cleaning Service.

Our home was in need of a complete overhaul deep clean and MS completely surpassed expectations with the job performed. Having a new baby, I am so grateful that Geovana and her team were able to save the day and take a huge weight off my chest. The attention to detail was impressive and I was blown away by how much was covered in the short time spent in our home. We have an old Tudor-style house, and they are not the easiest to clean.

I would definitely recommend MS to help you in your home, they were polite, thorough, and on time. I will be sleeping so well tonight knowing every room is clean and organized for my family! Will be a repeat customer for certain.

I'm glad I found Moura Sisters Cleaning Service when I was searching for someone to clean my apartment. Geovana was responsive and professional and setting up the first cleaning was quick and easy. They did a deep cleaning as well as some organization and now I'm afraid to touch anything because it's so clean! But I'll be scheduling regular cleanings from now on. Prices are reasonable and I have no complaints, highly recommended service.

After using MS Cleaners for a deep clean in August of 2020, I immediately hired them for weekly cleaning. They are on time, it’s the same people each week, and they do an excellent job!! No matter how dirty or unkempt my house is before they come, it’s always sparking before they leave. I’ve been using them almost a year and I have no plans on changing services! I never write reviews unless I'm very impressed with a service or product. I wanted to just share that this is the very first time I ever have a cleaning service come to my house. I was skeptical and afraid at first that they wont clean the way I would want my house to be cleaned, but I was very pleasantly surprised. With my husband and my very busy schedules, we haven't had the time to clean our home the way we'd want to. I'm also very particular about how I want my house cleaned since I'm allergic to dust and need everything disinfected to death all the time. I started to use Moura Sisters Cleaning service about 2 -3 months ago and Giovanna has been AMAZING, like AMAZING with accommodating my very very busy schedule and with the EXCEPTIONAL quality of her work. She made a list of all the things that I'm very particular about and everything has been done exactly the way I wanted it done. The first time they cleaned, I was in shock over how CLEANNNNN my carpet looked. I had lint stuck to the carpet in front of my washer/dryer for months and I would pick it out piece by piece when I vacuum but still could never get it out. THEY GOT IT OUT. Everything was spotless and I was over the moon and very satisfied. The quality of their service has been EXCELLENT every time they come and I now look forward to the day they come. The girls are also VERY professional and honest and I feel EXTREMELY comfortable with them in my home. I've been using their service since and will continue to :).
