Essential Cleaners have been excellent in every way from communication with the owner, feedback, and the cleaners have all gone above and beyond. They work with a check list and they stick to it, so that you can dependably know they’ve cleaned everything on that list. The cleaners bring all their supplies and they are flexible with schedules if you are in a pinch. I’ve had Ada, Iris and Nancy all clean my home and they are amazing, efficient, and not only clean well but have a lovely aesthetic sense (ie: they arrange pillows and items really nicely after they finish an area). I would not hesitate to use this service and cannot recommend them enough!

Essentials Pro Cleaning are angels and have blessed my home with Nancy. This was my first deep clean for my apartment that was well overdue. Nancy paid close attention to detail and was great with communication. My home looks brand new and sparkly clean. I will definitely be requesting her for all my future cleanings. We hired Essential Pro Cleaning for a post construction deep clean. I spoke with Yasmin who was very realistic about what they recommend. The service included 3 cleanings; deep clean, maintenance, and touch up. This was the PERFECT recommendation because after the first deep clean the dust settled (literally) and we already had a plan in place thanks to Yasmine's recommendations. Each crew was thorough, on time, and followed exactly all of the instructions we had sent about our property. We are so happy with the result, price, and customer service! I scheduled a deep cleaning and asked for the additional service of having my bathroom cabinets cleaned out. I am super happy with the service that’s Nancy provided. The inside of my bathroom cabinets looks great, and so does the inside of my refrigerator and freezer. I am due to have another baby soon and my home needed some TLC. The areas that are hard to reach or I haven’t been able to get to are spotless now. Even dust that was on the ceiling above my kitchen sink was cleaned, and my kitchen cabinets are spotless. I have already scheduled my next cleaning with them.

Nancy, who was a part of their cleaning team was an absolute angel and cleaned our two bedroom, two bathroom apartment, including kitchen oven and refrigerator from top to bottom perfectly.
